i buy asus zenfone 2 ze551ml but in vertical state delete key space upper side not working & horizontal state is working then what i do please give advice fastly

i use zenfone 2 32gb 4gb ,its very good and smooth very fast,sound quality is midium,video cam also not high but for so low price u cant buy any other brand with so hisg spec

I bought this phone once its came to my country after 4 months.
#Pro's:
- Got free google cloud storage
- Pure fast charging
- Smooth gesture use - there is no lag between apps or windows changing
- Bad handheld - solved by hand-grip accessory
- Big screen mobile phone ever
- Enough for editing some Office Apps
#Con's:
- In first 5 months, the screen was flicker about 25%. 3-4 month later almost 100% I could not see its display except grey permanent flicker.
- According to screen damage, I brought to Asus service center - 1 week solved. Until now there is no issue anymore
- Don't get fall down. surface edge portions are very vulnerable

I got mine last november 2015 and last january 28 this year,the phone just shut off and i can no longer open it.and doesn't charge..too bad i can no longer recover all my files since mine was 64gb and i dont use sd card.. i tried to have it fixed but they said it doesNn't respond even on computer.. im really really disappointed

pa3nda, 24 Jan 2017I have no big issue with My Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML... EXCEP... moreI had the same problem with my ZE551ML unit 4/32GB variant after using it for 2 weeks. I had to send it off to their service center to be fixed. Hopefully the same problem won't exist again when I get it back.
Overall, the unit is good, the battery is decent, perfect for selfies and for multitasking. :)

Hello Guys,
i want clear about this i'm using ZE551ML 4gb RAM
Phone working very smooth compare to others like Lenovo/Micromax/Carbon/Lava/Vivo
as price it is little bit high as specification but not more per quality.
The Intel processor is great but take more battery. After 1.2 year i have to replace the battery.
Camera is good but in Low light or Night
Performance wise no one can delivery smooth like Intel it my Experience after using various phone have various processors Like Samsung/HTC/MI/OPPo/VIvo/Sony etc.
for Games honestly its good but not best
but for multi apps no can compare this.

So many complaints here @ this phone, I really wonder what you guys are doing with it if it's working as bad as you're complaining. I have mine since August 2015 and it's working great. Smooth as butter, battery life is decent and no problems while gaming. Upgraded it to Marshmallow a few months ago and I only saw improvements to it, battery life stayed the same. A very good phone for its times and it's still quite good even now, in Q1 2017.

ASUS phones are very bad phones, flickering issue is big issue, you cant any thing, I hate the asus

Was good until it wasn't. just died. I knew this going in, so I thought it would be an issue that was fixed. Don't buy and don't trust the Zenfone 3 either.

If you can live with the added bulk of the device, the Intel chip inside is quite capable.
