To all Indian users. Do you all face heating issue while charging. Mine is heating very much while charging. Camera is also okay, not upto the mark which asus is advertising.
Other than that, cannot see any issues. battery is also okay. can provide usage of 1 day with moderate to heavy usage.
Suggest if you also face issues and should I request for replacement as heating is very annoying

I think maybe you just do not understand how to use the phone yet !

Guys i jst purchased asus ZenFone 2 4gb/64 gb. But it is heating up a lot. I m unable to keep it touch with my ear while talking by it...during charging its temperature become very high..can anybody help me...

I ordered an ASUS Zenfone 2 - 2.3 GHz 4GB RAM 64GB version from Flipkart on 10th May 2015 with single day delivery option. Got the phone today(11th May 2015) afternoon around 3 PM and was using it for around 30 mins. There was close to 60-70% battery power. The phone started restarting on its own. Then I charged the batterty to full power and tried using it again. Even after that the phone started restarting on its own every 1 min. I have made a video of it. I never expected Flipkart and ASUS to deliver such a worst product for such a big price. Please be cautious while buying this product. Have requested Flipkart for a refund. This product is a total waste. I'm really frustrated with the total experience.

Dear friends please tell help me can i use asus nexus charger for asus zenfone 2 z551 ml 2gb version as my orginal charger is broken
2) and my music sometimes stops for micro second and resumes while locking device and sometimes without doing anything
3) my video started to stop after sometime continuesly after 2-3 minutes like playing in slow motion this all happened after new update
any suggestion will be highly appericated thanks

AnonD-361765, 11 May 2015D I S A P P O I N T E D.in one word i would like to express... morethat is quite strange...,i disagree with the above statement i'am not sure, probably you have a defective set sold to you,i work in a tech shop and when the zenfone 2 models arrive at our shop both the high end model the 2gb ram and 4gb ram with 32 gb internal memory the 2gb ram cpu is cock at 1.8 while the other one is clock at 2.3 utilizing 64bit architecture... after updating the software further all i can say is that with its price tag and hardware i was blown away with i can do heck i try using it against the samsung s5, samsung a7 , sony xperia z2, xiaomi redmi note , the mi3... the asus can easily beat 80% of any phone you can find, in my country the asus zenfone 2 2gbram 32 gb internal is only about $390 if you compare that to off a xiaomi mi4 or note which is more than $450 price tag it is beyond good, i personally used the 2gb ram version and soo far its a good phone,i actually want to buy the samsung s5 or the mi4 but when the new asus freshly arrive i opted for asus instead.. best $390 i ever spend on :D
