Performance seems good enough, the only lagging is NO CELLULAR VIDEO CALLING.

I have an asus zenfone 2 ze551 ml 2 gb varient but i got lot of lag after 4 months of usage.it's have lot of bad issue like hanging,call drop,lot of blot wares,bad battery life,lot of heating,bad rear camera,poor performance etc.friends i am suggest to you all that don't go gor it.i suggest you galaxy phone or redmi in place of this.

omg THE "GHOST TOUCH" on this phone is frustrating, think twice and read more reviews bout this phone before you decide to buy this phone. I totally regret it to have bought this Zenfone 2 phone.

I purchased my Zenfone 2 last year as soon as it was available on Amazon. Been using my Zen2 as my daily driver and it hasn't failed me yet. I use both sim card slot especially when traveling internationally. When you read the owner's manual it clearly states to use sim card slot 1 for all data. Sim card slot 2 is just for phone use and NOT data. It seems people aren't reading about the phone and just assuming.... I received all OTA updates as well as app updates regularly. I wish every phone I had was as good as this one. My only complaint is that the camera is really good for night pictures but not as strong for daytime pics. I also have use the Samsung Note Edge and that camera is amazing. I haven't had any battery issues and I believe the battery at 3000mah is a decent battery for this phone. I give Asus 2 thumbs up for this great phone!

HD video recording is there but audio recording mono
Really upset , hardware is there two mic's but no stereo recording, I wondered

ASUS dual SIM very disappointing. Please read the spec carefully. I use Bell as my provider (only voice and text) and when I purchased my ASUS I made sure it works with my Bell SIM card. Recently I traveled to USA and got Roam Mobility SIM with data plan. I wanted to put this card in SIM 2 slot and have my phone working with 2 SIM cards. I read the reviews about SIM 2 not supporting data, so I put Roam Mobility card on SIM 1 and BELL on SIM 2. The Bell SIM card did not work at all on SIM 2 slot - no voice or text ( basically no network). Not sure if the reason is that I have Bell LTE SIM, but the dual SIM is completely useless for me now. When you buy the phone test your SIM card(s) on both SIM slots to make sure what works and what does not.
