the reason why you cant use data coz its only 2g and the other one is 3g
you cant use data in 2g sim card slot

- Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) will be available soon and will remove all bloatwares. It was announced by Asus on the official forum.
- my battery doesn't have any issue. I can use my phone 1.5 days in normal use. More if I only use emails and some little applications. During a camp (WE), my phone had still 50% of battery after 2.5 days... not bad for me.

Please donot buy this phone,i bought on 2015 july.battery back up is very poor.iam getting backup just for less than 3 hrs now.just imagine how bad it will be.while travelling i hav to keep a spare phone or power bank,if not you have to get a phone from co passengers for calling dear ones.volume is very less,i read this opinion from a perosn before buying this phone,but for bad luck i just ignored it(didnt expect this much).picture qulaity is good compared with other phones,but without battery how we can take pictures.So from the bottom of my heart,i say if you value your money please try someother phones

I think this is the best Phone you get for 285$ . It is super fast in processing, Super Multitasking phone in budget . Have used many phones with ARM Cortex , Krait processor with Quad or Octa Core but nothing can beat its Intel . I Like it's Size , Resolution , Battery Backup , Touch Responsive . Camera is Fine I sometime feel it has slow Focusing . Android Lollipop 5.0 Version is buggy . I used it 1st on Nexus 4 and it got battery draining issue . This ASUS also Drains battery here but not in rate I knew on Nexus . I feel the design Same as LG G2,G3 and Sound is Super Cool , Loud and Clear .
Cons is Haven't got update since every other ASUS has already got .
IN SEARCH OF INCREDIBLE .

Hi guys,
I have my Zenfone 2 ZE551ML 2 days ago, and there is a notification about system update..
Should I update it ? after the update, does the phone's performance got better and faster? how about the memory? does the update affects the internal memory or the RAM a lot?
Thanks.
Just tell me if i must update it or not, if yes, please motivate me and tell me why.

Dont buy asus phone....when i am using sim 2 as a default call ...its going hang...i visited customer care 3 times ...but nothing they do........so stay away from asus.

The bloatware is bad, but easily removable. Asus allows unlocking of the bootloader, and if you spend 5 minutes researching rooting, and a custom ROM, this phone (already fast) is pure speed and awesome. Camera itself is on par with today's standard (and if you buy a phone purely for this, sell it, and your computer and purchase a DSLR camera), great storage, and device/network connectivity. To the nay-sayers, learn to properly use technology instead of whining.
BTW, CM13 is Marshmallow 6.0.1 of fluffy pleasure.

Hey guys I know everyone got fed up with our ZenFone actually I do like this phone but the thing is this phone got minor problems which will irritate u sometime although battery backup is getting poor well yesterday asus rolled out update m for ZenFone laser hope we we'll receive marshmallow update soon but seriously I wish all those minor mistakes would not be there after updating to marshmallow thanks ...

Stay away from Asus mobile phones. My zenfone 2 ze551ml got ota update on 3rd May and since then i'm not able to use it. Wifi is hanged, its restarting every 2 minutes. This is really annoying. Many users got the same issue.

I charged it over 9hours but the mobile is vibrating for every 1min, could you acknowledge me is your mobile got repaired and working fine and also the charges for this repair.

Guys , i am a genuine user and fed up with asus phone zenfone 2, i bought the phone in april last year and within one year, my phone got repaired 3 times and today it stopped working again, one sim slot stopped working 8 months back only, i have been using only one sim ,since then , also my phone got switched off suddenly and didnt start, i got it checked that is not battery problem, there is some problem with the phone itself , never ever buy asus products
