U are all just unlucky. I feel sorry for you guys. Maybe you all got a defective product. Go to service center asap. Ive been using zf2 for 7 months now. No problem, no lag, battery is super with 4.5 - 5 hours sot on 12 - 14 hours wifi usage. With 3g and 4g sot is around 3.5 - 4 hours ( less gaming ). Superb. For the price its still one of the best. But im planning to buy remi note 3 pro soon.

When I get calls into SIM 2, it freezes my screen and I am unable to pick up the phone. SIM 2 also drops in and out with reception and even when it has full bars, the phone calls sometimes goes straight to voicemail. It is really frustrating. I have been told to factory reset and clear my data partition which I have done numerous times but the issue still exists. Terrible experience especially as my phone was only 3 months old when it had these problems.

Complete garbage. Had this phone for 4 months and already need to switch back to my nexus. Keyboard sucks functionality sucks, lags all the time, autocorrect is the worst I've ever experienced (not made by English speaking people). I am constantly hitting the home button instead of the space bar when typing. Battery life is horrible - I charge it to 100 every night and it's dead before the end of my day without even playing any games on it (and I even keep it on power saver mode all the time). Don't be fooled by the good specs like I was. It's also very awkward to text with one hand. Because it is so bulky.

My Zenfone 2 ze551ml 2gb is using too much of ram without
doing nothing ....my internal memory is 8gb full out of 16gb and memory card memory is only 3gb occupied out of 16gb ...so the hell the ram problem is coming..please hell guyz plz

Worst Software
Phone hangs and reboots often during voice calls. Unfit to manage 2 sim cards.
No solution or update to solve this issue. There are lots of people with the same problem.
Only solution on internet is to factory reset the phone, which is of no use.

Hi, recently i have faced a problem about vibration ......... when a incoming message came it vibrates contionuosly then suddenly stops. and i had another problem it stops respond and after sometime restarted........... plz anyone can give me suggestions...........

I am using this phone since last nine months but in this period I went to Asus Service Centre twice for the same problem. I got the defective model from Asus. It doesn't detect the SIM, so they first changed the SIM slot,after that it started working well for 1 month only. After one month again the same problem started. Now before 3 days I had gone to the service centre,they told me that they will change its motherboard. I'll get my mobile in 2 days. Now I expect for good service at least this time.

bought 5 of these to sell as i am a retailer. 3 of them came with battery problems. personally do not recommend this brand.

My ASUS Zenfone 2 ZE551ML does not sound on receiving any sms. It only light up. I checked sound & notification set up, notification set and other settings also. Can anyone give any advice?
