Make sure the device is updated if you still face the issue visit your nearest service center.

Check whether the battery is loose, charge your device for 4-5 hours.
If still the device is switched off kindly visit your neatest service center as this might be a hardware issue.

Idk what happen, for 2 months my asus zenfone 2 is smooth then one day its hardly connect to wifi i need to restart it first then nxt day its totally lost, the nxt problem even i charge it and im not usinh it the back of the fone got heat and the battery drains. I hate it. I have to bring it to service center and cost big

Working fine it's really smooth and fast plus quickcharger fills it up from 30% to 100% in 1hour 42-45 mins. People complaining is just "bad luck" I guess. I have it on latest build downloaded and it works great for Slovenia even LTE. I would recommend this phone as 4gb, great screen 404ppi full hd and battery 3000mah is the best in this price range + dual sim with working calls on both sim card in the meanwhile. Best bang for the buck momentarily with 64gb place for around 300eur. They complain about battery but I always fill battery from 30-100% and never from less than 30% keeping it as best as you can. Great performance in gaming and a lot of "power mode" settings into ultra power save from schedule to schedule and tap on screen to turn on/off and the android marshmallow update is coming soon! Great phone.

When it's 50%, it decreses to 13% within a few seconds & automatically shut down. Factory reset was done once but no improvement. From last May, i have faced only this problem with zenfone 2.

Even Update Latest Software also same thing,
send to customer service if say not garrantly can replace the part !
really damn !
Waste money to buy this SHIT PHONE !

It is one of the best phone i have ever use but it need some improvement like
1-seprete the sound functions (media,ringtoon,notifiction).
2- sound patton in the outsiad cover.

Best phone in best budget, high specifications,super fast charging with supplied charger,i am using past 4 month everything ok. Battery is mid range .double tap off/on function is working very good.4k movie,hd games very smoothly play. I love this phone.
