Very good quality smartphone.Even the earphones are good quality. The battery life could be a bit better but overall good phone for a reasonable price

P.S If the updates are from Google Play Store than those are application updates.

P.S Also try pushing the power button or double tapping on the screen while it's off on the call.

Do you have the latest system update? If not update the phone. If that doesn't help than backup your data and do a factory reset.

Recently bought the 64G with 4G ram unit and i was very disappointed.
The battery sucks big time. It drains faster given it has 3000+mah. You'll be thankful if the battery lasts a day with a minimal internet usage. It consumes 20 percent of battery by just playing mp3s for like 30 minutes. What's good though is that the device is very fast on switching from one application to another thanks to its 4G ram, other than that nothing. Not worth of every penny you have.

My asus zenfone 2 can't connect to wifi even its wifi connection was turned on. And sometimes during lock screen, it restarts on its own.

Since last update I got so many Internet problems, with chrome, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc. Is like I don't have Internet.
