I am facing lots of problem in my phone I have given for services center two times but no uses .I cannot waste of my time if we go to any you services center we have to wait for minimum 3 to 4 hours , I don’t have so much of time to make phone reaper.
but we are not getting any such support from customer care nor your services center .
I have logged a tickets many time but so far no proper response. I am fed up with this device. Every 15 days once one or other problem I am facing .i don’t want to use this device
I am not able to use this only depending on this device, I have lost my many important contacts and files.
I am relay sorry to tell you, this device its really useless phone and I will rate this - 0 only it will be waste for me it’s not worth buying such device for 15K.

I will advice you to buy ZenFone 2 laser 5.5, because Intel gets heated up on a heavy usage. Excellent phone,i am using 64gb 4gb ram version,everything is ok.performance is rocks,battery performance is mid level,camera good,3d gaming like mortal combat x,modern combat 5,nova 3 all are smooth playing,4k video also playing very smoothly.

Hi all,
I planned to buy Asus ze551ml-6j648ww model..
4GB Ram 1.8Ghz 16GB
Pls give me suggestion/advice on this model..
Bcoz I have read more review saying like battery issue, some errors throwing in screen, power off @ 40%.. etc.
Hence I thinking don't want to waste my money...
Pls advice me...

Careful to buy Zenfone 2.B4 you buy check spec.
Model z00AD is selling ZEE551ML price.
z00AD use Intel atomz3560 speed only 1.8 max with 4G ram.

You can try the following steps :
1. Go to settings => APP's => Open APP's you want to transfer => Check if thats movable.
2. Download Apps2s & check if you are able to move that particular APP
3. If nothing works this might be APP limitation & its better if you keep it on internal Memory
