after firmware update the issue got solved.
zenfone 2 got a terrible battery backup.

non-removable battery is a big problem. I have had a bad experience with other phones.

Its good phone rather it WAS but now facing the ghost touches problem since last update. Its really irritating.It opens any application suddelnly and performs clicks.The only solution is to restart, but you will never know how much time you have to wait to work it properly for sometime.Reallydisappointed😕

Hi karthik,
After inserting both SIM cards.
Go to settings => Dual SIM settings => under preferred SIM card => Select Data service network => Select SIM 1 or 2.
Go to Data usage => Enable Mobile data.
