Newly bought Asus zenfone2 is having serious problem.
All apps whose icons are placed in upper two rows ( Near camera) are
getting on automatically.When I close one,adjacent to it or same app gets on without touching the screen.
Never expected from so costly phone.
It happens so rapidly & randomly that I didn't get the even a moment
to open the desired application.
After opening the apps automatically it also performs other operations within that app automatically.
If the open app is 'phone book' or 'messaging' it also dial to that contact automatically
This is happening quite frequently...it's unexpected & weird too.
New phone is having this problem,seems manufacturing defect.
It is clear that asus don't have good quality checks.

its been a while using my asus zenfone 2 there was no issue but today while i was connecting my mobile with my pc with data cable it suddenly switched off and the power keys are also not responding untill now.. what should i do now ?? any help

I have a problem...whenever I call someone through ASUS ZenFone2 ....the receiver doesn't able to hear me at first call...I have to call him twice thrice...then only the receiver hear me....plz help me out

How does one tell which version a Zenfone 2 is without opening the box?
I'm considering buying one in the Philippines to use in Canada and so need either the US or WW version. Unfortunately the Philippine shop I'm eyeing has no idea what version they are selling.

Awesome piece of creation just a fabulous handcraft, must say its a marvelous device and I would really recommend to buy it, its total worth of money to spend on......Really I'm a fan of it.Highly Recommended.

pj, 10 Dec 2015In this phone...a big issue is automatically switch off.and the mirco sd card "unmounting" on it's own. however this may have been fixed with the latest update, though my phone has yet to undergo all the updates since it takes forever (supposedly 10 minutes but feels longer) and therefore I have not caught up yet.

Upender, 09 Dec 2015Some people who are using this phone pl tell me about this ... moreIt is dual-sim active. You can receive calls from either SIM while the phone is on (same with texting). Nemiss is correct, SIM 1 supports up to 4G networks while SIM 2 only supports up to 2G networks.
As an unrelated side note: It is possible to run Hotspot while surfing the web on the phone
I've owned the phone for approximately 3 days and am already started to feel like returning it. However, for the price, I don't think anything else can even compare. T_T

i had bought the phone recently and when i use it sometime it stop responding. I cannot use camera or facebook or any applications. Sometime it just get stuck for no reason.
for example; one time when i open the camera and took the picture, it stop responding but funny thing was i cannot even press home button or back or the history one. And also sometime when i restart or switch off and on it is taking forever to load. It keep on staying on the part where you first see asus logo(with the loading sign). I basically have to wait until the battery runs out.
PLease help guys, what should i do.
