I dont know what others are saying about this Phone. I bought this phone 3 months ago and I accidentally dropped this phone I think twice or thrice?. But its still working fine
Note: there's no phone that is built in perfect. Even the xperia z5 and samsung S8 have a hardware and software problem too

you may try to bring the phone and complete set package with receipt at the store where you bought it.

This phone is magnificient perfect mid range, great performance no doubt been using for 6months no issues at all from hardware to software.

i bought this phone 3 days ago, i didn't even drop it and i also attached an additional tempered glass + anti crack case since i bought it but nowwww it has a freakin dead pixel on the left side of the screen, such an unpleasant surprise i wanna cryyy!!!! plus the battery life isn't that long for 4100mah, compared to my lenovo p70 which has 3900mah battery, p70 battery lasted 36 hours with 4G network while this phone's battery lasts less than a day. what a shame, i should've picked lenovo p1 instead :((

I don't know about the other comments here but i have never experienced any of the issue you guys are talking about. After 5 months of use my ZF3 max is still woking great. No lcd screen issue, battery is still working fine and none of that software bugs y'all talkin about. So i don't know if the problem is region specific but i don't have any issues with my ZF3 max and its a great phone.

Spenco, 28 Apr 2017Huawei p8 lite 2017, Huawei P9 lite or Asus Zenfone 3 MAX? Dude stay away in Asus zenfone 3 max you will not enjoy it. just read Those comment and search to google, there so many problem in zenfone 3 max if you have budget to to Huawei P10 or lower p9 or for more lower go to Gr5 2017 i visit some fan page of those and only a minor damage like Battery well all phone is not perfect each phone has unique problem but Asus zenfone 3 max is the Worst.

So many problems on this phone. I agree this has a great specs for a phone in a lower price but the other side is you will get a bunch of software and hardware problems.

After used 2 month..the battery fast drain software after update.
Some time fingerprint not working. When i charge the phone, its can't get 100%. Just 99% only..tempered glass also very hard to find.2.5d Curve edge. Disappointed.

i buy my asus zenfone max 3 5.5 last march but after 1 month of using it the screen lcd malfunction. its kind of irritating experience, i will go to binondo repair center on friday. please fix this problem asus, im not happy on your product.

I bought zenfone 3 max 5.5 ZC553KL last March 16, 2017 and after one month its touch screen/panel is not working and I decided to returned it back to the asus repair center.
