I bought zenfone 3 max 5.5 ZC553KL last March 16, 2017 and after one month its touch screen/panel is not working and I decided to returned it back to the asus repair center.

Can someone please help me about 2 issues:
Displays charging icon but percentage doesnt go up and cant install software update. Always says installation aborted..

Why can't i send to many? I'm always sending messages to many recipient before using other phone brands, but i can't do it anymore with my ASUS Zenfone 3 Max 5.5. What will i do?

Hi I am also a Asus Zenfone 3 Max 5.5 and after months of using it I've experienced a screen sensitivity issue. The bottom part of my screen is hard to touch I tried removing my tempered glass but nothing changed. Does someone also experienced this problem? Did the Asus Service center fixed it? Also I've noticed a small crack near the screw and I didn't drop it before. Please reply. Thanks!

But if you're a gamer and like hardcore gaming, Asus Zenfone 3 Max 5.5 is the best choice because it's battery has a lot of juice 4100 mah . Although Zenfone 3 laser has a larger RAM than Zenfone 3 max. Pick your best choice. Hope I helped you.
Ps: I am a Zenfone 3 Max 5.5 user. I have minor issues in screen sensitivity. Just saying.

hi guys just want to compare if which is better zenfone 3 laser 5.5 or zenfone 3 max 5.5. And does the zenfone 3 max has a scratch resistant on the screen, even doe it doesn't have corning gorilla glass touch panel.
Hope you can help me guys, Im planning on buying this phone.

AnonD-662800, 21 Apr 2017so everything is fine with that phone? how long have you be... morei've been using this phone about 2 months, no ghost touch andat all and i think this phone does'nt had any problem (or i did'nt realise it). you must do more research about every complain on asus in your country, to decide whether asus is recomended brand in your country or not. You're welcome :D

i bought this last april 16..and noe im encountring flickering screen specially when playing games and wake screen for a long time..i hope its just a firmware issue so i will not have a problem in the replacement unit...its so disappointing

Asus selfie or Asus zenfone 3 max 5.5 ? choose zc553kl because up to date android OS, has finger print sensor, better rear camera, bigger battery, slimmer unibody design, but lack of gorilla glass. the advantage from Zen selfie is only 2 point, using gorilla glass 4 and better front facing camera. that's it

Help me!honor6x has better processor, the camera is dual but fewer resolution, smaller battery than zen3max the rest is depend on your taste. You can see more detailed review on youtube. but for mid range phone like that, i recomend asus.

I bought this phone 2 months ago, until now there is no problem at all.
This phone has many camera modes.
it has many camera settings like in the flagship phone, especially in manual/pro mode. it's producing good output of photo & for this price range. Battery capacity it's okay, more than enough for me, charging time is 2,5 hours from 1-100% while turn off.
But i'm complain about asus did'nt give a splendid app for this phone, no fast charging, and led notif only produce red, orange, and green color even after using 3rd party app for led notif, shame on it. Oh yea, don't forget about the absence of backlight navigation key (thumbs up for redmi series).

A lot of camera mode. btw I'm using this phone). I did'nt regret when i'm downgrade to this phone after using SGS6flat and SXZ3+
