i love this phone i have been using for 2 years now it will take me long to decide on a new phone cuz i love this phone

I have been using this phone for almost 2 years. upgraded from Marshmallow to Oreo. got ZenUI5. used it for online and offline games, social media, SMS and calls. got NO problem. works perfectly great, except for the battery which has been very much overused for gaming. generally, still doing a great job. ;)

Already using it almost 2 years for casual use (no gaming), battery is still good, no critical problem so far. Updated from Marshmallow(6) to Oreo(8) with new ZenUI 5. There is a problem with twin apps after updating to Oreo, but it was already fixed. Still a decent mid range smartphone for me in 2019 for casual use.

The Asus Zenfone 3 Max my wife owned got stuck in a boot loop, starting with Powered by Android then the ASUS logo, vibrating and then it goes like that again, and again. But when connected visa charger to an outlet, it runs normally. What can be done to address the boot looting when it is not connected to a charger? She had used it for almost 2 years.

When I connect headset via Bluetooth the Qualcomm aptxui crasch and I have to press "Return" to get rid of the message box.
It happens with my Oticon Streamer Pro as well as with my Bose Quiet Comfort 35 II headphones.

Can't read SD card no matter how I format it. Formatting using phone don't work either. Camera sucks.

Sideloaded the 8.1 firmware from ASUS' page and installed it on my phone. So far so good, no issues yet.

i bought this phone for almost a year already, im concerned more on its battery longevity, at first the battery last long, but now the battery easily getting low, whenever i finished charging, e.g 100%. then after i use WhatsApp, in 5mins or so it drops to 82% ! i was shocked and i didnt like it, the battery is 4100 mAh tho but idk why its being like this, maybe i used to overcharged my phone i guess. other features were fine, i have no complain on other features. i thought about buying new phone when this happens to me lol

I have this device for more than a year but there is no problem even playing high graphics game like Mortal Kombat X & 2K18, price of this device is worth it...

I bought this phone & my son bought a ZC520TL. BOTH phones malfunctioned 2 months past the 12 month warranty. Both phones useless only 14 months old & we had to buy new ones. Asus make good motherboards & laptops but very crappy phones. My advice: DON'T BUY ZENFONE! There are better phones cheaper if you research & shop around.

I have this phone for almost 9 months and its call features are good. Aps run well without lags but the most concerning issue to me is the camera... the images are too bad during the day or in the night.. plenty of grains in the pictures and most of all are really bad... apart from the camera the phone behaves normal.

y it always hv thing to update while i odi update jz for a few days. kind off annoys me bout this situation. the update always requires at least 300mb..how to make it stop n wont appear on status bar.nut if not update the os wont let me download anything at all..how annoying the system works..plis help
