take a long time to charge. most harmless phone if purchased . Take 4-5 hours for full charge. Stupid phone

the best phone for durability i had
i used this phone almost 1.5 years n the battery still got almost 36 hrs lifetime

Image quality (camera) is quite good, although the image quality for indoor/low light shoots is noticeably grainy but resulting image is still quite decent. Screen gets washed out in harsh/bright sunlight. Zero lags on video playback. Quite decent for gaming but it will considerably drain the battery. Audio playback quality is quite nice as well.

camera is really good, just bad with yeloow light indoors because it makes the faces yellow. battery after one year of hard use it's dropping dawn, but it's normal.

I took the phone as mine from my mom... While she was using it, it had a good battery back up.. But now its worse..... Its the only problem I find all other is perfect

Mine doesn't have gorilla glass screen. Didn't buy tampered glass screen protector trusting that screen is indeed durable like my previous zenfone 2 laser. I dropped it accidentally while walking and it cracked immediately. To even think that it has a shockproof case is beyond ridiculous. And also ny screen flickers badly. Don't know if it's the system or the broken screen though. Great phone before the screen broke 😟

I can't update it. I had this phone for 6days already. I have already updated the software twice but it's still 6.0.1.

This is one of the baddest phones that I ever had! Like every manufacturer this phone comes with customer version of Android, called ZenCare, ZenFone or whatever, that has nothing to do with Zen and its philosophy. It`s lagging - lagging big time. The display rarely recognized finger touching and it is pain in the ___ typing messages. The most disappointing thing about this "phone" is that updates are mandatory! Whatever you are doing - you are obliged to update and that`s it! Like a copy of iPhone (meaning here design) I did expect more.

My Max 3 has 3GB of RAM not 4. Probably, model depends on which country (Philippines) it was released. I'm using Max 3 for 10 months now and I would say that it is good phone. I am really impressed on its battery capacity. I categorized myself as a heavy phone user, constantly checking my phone and browsing multiple social media sites. Also, plays a couple of games (Mobile Legends & Rules of Survival). The battery is 4100 mAh so I only need to charge my phone once a day and it takes me a couple of hours and a half. I recommend Max 3 if you are in a budget. I got mine for Php 9,995 (around $200). Don't expect too much on this phone though. You get what you pay for.
