I upgraded my phone to kitkat 4.4 today. The update went smoothly. Faced no problem of missing keyboard or any wifi problem. Although the update did remove the Asus messaging app and made Hangouts the default messaging app. I downloaded the Asus messaging app from Google Playstore so now it's fine. Thanks amitkk.

Hi Amit I am going purchage new mob I can,t final which i purchage Microsoft Lumia 535 as new lounch or Zenfone-5 only this two mob i have sellected from more range now which is best about hanging problums I mean speed need more calling preshere is more..Kindly suggest

suggest average android phone:
amout less than 15000/- & more than 10000/-
which phone in this amount give us good Quality . good display & good battery backup

@amit, i did a fa... moreasus has a new update but it is in beta yet..they will soon release it.
and regarding the new zenfone . yes asus has launched new zenfone lite with dual core and 1gb ram but bigger battery. since they know they cant replace the battery of our phones so they decided to launch new model with better battery

@amit, i did a factory reset of my phone and the hanging problem has reduced. It still occurs when I enable google play services.
Asus was supposed to release a new update of kitkat this month end. Any news regarding that?
I guess i have to accept that in this phone we loose 1%/ 3 mins and adjust my usage according to that.
Btw, the zenfone 5 showed in asus website (500gc) has z2580 processor. Is it a new model or an older one? Is it available in India?

Hi! I want to ask, normally there is a required initial charging of 8 hours in the case of smartphones right? I'm curious if it will affect my phone since I did not charge it for 8 hours on the first time. And right now my battery drains so fast.

I accidentally overcharged my zenfone 5 last night by 1 hour. Is it alright? Does the phone prevent itself from overcharging? Please help me. I'm getting paranoid. :(

All of you I am saying ,the phone is awesome . The phone will give 1 day battery no need to worry on this .if you want more battery you can go for China mobile's ok.don't post about battery.

whenever i run internet on zenphone 5 always it catches edge(2G) in Aircel Sim(India). My previous mobile Samsung always used to get HSPA signal (3G) at same place.I have given gprs setting according to my network provider but still getting 2G signal. Somebody ple. tell how to run 3G
