Hi Tomazz,
Hope you are doing good!! I am using Zenfone 5, build number 1.18.40.10(I heard about so many problems in Kitkat so still not updated to kitkat). I would like to ask you few question.....
1)In one of your post you mentioned that battery should drain 3-4% in 7-8 hours. Is it standby or normal usage orwifi-mobile date usage?
2)My battery drains 1% a minute when i use wifi. Is it normal ir i need to take some steps.??
3)Should i upgrade to kitkat?? Is it safe??
4)Once upgraded can i go back to jellybean?

AnonD-325676, 26 Nov 2014have you rooted the phone ?hi nik, i noticed that google play store was not working with google play services off.
I'm sure that there will be more problems. Switching google play services off is not the solution. Battery life is indeed pathetic.
How can we import contacts from another phone through bluetooth?

guys use greenify to save battery life .. my battery usage 16h -40% 2.5%/hour.. in which screen on time is 3 hours.

I been purchased a AZF5 co'z simply amazing, have a great Cam, IPS display, not to bad internal memory capacity with a good specs, any smartphone with almost the same specs but it's depend on how you configured the systems apps, jsut configure it manually to have a better performance. I'm a LG smartphone fanatic co'z of the best IPS (In-Plane Switching) display technology, also AZF5 use this.

@Tomazzz, do you know when asus is going to release a stable update for kitkat?
My screen consumes 25% of the battery and android system consumes 24% almost all the time. Is it normal? If not, what should I do? I have completely disabled google services.

I hv my call waiting facility on, on my ZF5 but if my one call is on and another call comes and i try to pickup that call then both the calls get disconnected. So what should i do so that calls don't get disconnected?????

i am using this phone since 2 months.....only issue is the battery drain problem....i got about 2 day juice without using internet. No lags or hanging problems. I didnt find any issues with kitkat update. some pre-installed apps are disturbing such as party link, amazon kindle etc...share link app is great and can send file with a flash than other sending apps.... overall great experience with my zenfone5....I prefer this phone. ..my ratings are given below
