Can you tell me what could be done if I can't view the preinstalled apps in my Store account.. I have to search in the store for asus softwares and then manually press update.
Any solution to this?

why my zenfone 5 does not perform stereo recording, the upper mic sounds dull when i preview my recording...

i bought zenfone 5 on 15 th nov . after one day i started a problem. while using the phone its automatically switching off. its started like wen i go for unlock the screen , if i touch the power button suddenly phone itself switching off. if any body hav any solution pls reply.

I have been using Z5 for abt more than 3 mths. Recently i keep having this hanging problem.
Meaning, it just cant go back to the previous page or if u press the home button, nothing works. Initially i have to on & off the hp. Then it happen too often & i just stop doing the on-off. I will jus wait for perhaps 10-15min, then it will be ok.
But this is happening daily & is driving me nuts.
Pls help me if you know wats the prob & how to fix it

I have been using this phone for a month now...every... moreI have 5 or 6 games from 400mb to 1,2gb all exept Ijustice godsamong us on the SD cart you can tranfer them the ting you do is this... Put the preferd instalation path to be internal memory then transfer them to the external and voala.. You have them on the ex.. SD.

Well.. I have been using this phone for a month now...everything is fine after they fixed the bugs in kitkat.. the only problem you are going to face with kitkat is that it doesnot support additional game files to be installed on SD card. So you can not prefer to store in external card as it is shown in asus customized settings. Hopefully, asus will come up with a solution. No it does not have a sim video call facility.. but who cares..its costlier anyway.. the battery is decent for a budget phone..there is not back light for the keys..the processor is awesome.. so as the screen, looks, heavy gaming(battery drains though in 3 to 4 hours for HD games) and video playback.. a must buy... after recent update on 11th Nov, the camera has been awesome.. butiful pictures as it used to click in 4.3.. but ppl who have not updated from 4.3...i ll suggest to wait till next kitkat roll out as this phone is best with 4.3

prasanth , 16 Nov 2014finally it is good or bad plz reply me because i want purch... moreIt is a very good phone. The Ul is very smooth. Camera quality of this is not that good. But it's Ok. The battery backup is also very good (after kitkat update). Tha bad things about this phone is that you cannot call from messenger(FB). Auto brightness sensor is stooped working sometime. Apart from this few problems the phone is very good. It has Intel 1.6 ghz dual core processor(BUT IT ACTS AS A QUAD CORE PROCESSOR). 2 gb ram.

Anyone knows how to disable the lock screen weather app ? It always shows the wrong location for me. Even with GPS on, it can't fix the correct location .

prasanth , 16 Nov 2014finally it is good or bad plz reply me because i want purch... moreIt is a good device... the only draw back for me is the battery (acceptable) but if you dont go online often and play games a lot ( as in u treat it like psp) it would last you almost a day...
The camera is not too good for me, but i think it can be fixed by software update..( i hope) ..
