My husband bought this unit for my bday.. but sad to say after 2 weeks I can't use properly because it automatically shutdown... then I I open after a few minutes it turned off again...I bring it to store w/ complete acc and receipt but nothing happen they told me to bring it to service centers... so sad badly

My Asus zenfone 5 goes to vibration mode automatically when it's put on charging.can anyone let me know how to disable it.even if I forcefully disable vibration.it again goes back to vibrating mode

so i have been using this phone for over a month now and i will clear everyone doubts...this phone gives average battery backup which will last for only 10-15 hours on normal usage and i mean normal, use it heavily and it will last only 6-7 hours, so this phone is not for heavy user, also battery backup will not increase by a big margin no matter how many updates it has.. updates has improved standby time but not so much te battery backup.. also kitkat update has no problem but dont install via ota, erase format and indtall full kitkat firmware via adb and you will have no problem...one tip to improve battery is install greenify and nothing much ese ou can do, it is what it is. ....moving on to camera..camera is good .it takes good photos but its dynamic range is poor. and has exposure problems..video recording is very poor indoors because it lags and frame rate drops in low light, in daylight video is fine but it is not so clear even in 1080p. overall i see no big difference between 1080p and 720p videos on this phone, but low light capability of this phone is indeed better than most phones out there.. it can see in low light where as other phones dont but ofcourse night mode has low clarity and lot of noise ...the audio level is indeed low and there is nothing much you can do about it since it has low amplifiier, its a hardware thing...but overall, this phone has excellent display, gaming is also good and its not so bad but dont expect too much ,,since its just 10000 rs phone

Signal reception i... morei use aircel 3g but it work nice.it give maximum 8-9 mbps on h+.

Signal reception is full.
But,
Maximum speed is only 200kbps on 'h'
Question1:does not aircel support the band it suppose to do?
Please give an alternate network which supports nicely with zenfone5

I got a new z5 two days back, i am gatting a very bad batterybackup. Which is consumed full 100% within 12hours. Please help me to make it better, and also tell me how to update it to kitkat. Is there any technical problem by updating it. Did battery backup improves by updating.....?
