Hi.. I just bought my z5 yesterday and I have only 3days to check it(3days replacement warranty), anybody can tell me what parts/functions of the phone should I check first?

                Now when you tap and hold Right side button. it will take screeshot.

I use it... moreThat's not a false advertising....only con was battery, yes it was more drained after kitkat, But after battery fix OTA performance of battery is increased and standby time is increased to great level.

                          Now my zenfone 5 is not sucking battery that much. Stand by time increased enormously. Previously what happened... before update to kitkat i backed up all my apps including google play service to save data after update. then installed these apps. and i don't know why google play service started eating my battery even after updated to battery fix OTA. So i did the factory reset and then i fresh updated google play service online and disabled hangout because me or my friends not using it. battery drain issue currently solved for mr, don't about future.

                                  Json, 12 Oct 2014I did same thing disable apps to save battery life but sad ... moreCombination of some effort can minimize the battery drain problem due to screen
                                  1) Use Flip cover ( Asus make) as when you select your mobile in flip mode . then during call you need not to open full screen. as you can attend you call without open flip cover. even you come to know about other notification without opening screen. and only you need to ON screen when really you need it.
                                  2) If you select all apps Not being awake / No keeping awake form power management menu. then it will help to mobile goes in deep sleep mode whenever your flip cover will close.
                                  3)Set screen off time as minimum as possible. while asus has programmed the device is such a manner that when you close your flip cover ,after 5 sec screen will off automatically. It will override the set screen sleep time in Display menu. ( as i have observed in my device)
                                  4) Yes, there is a sensor provided to monitor the flip cover opening and closing, but the power consumption of this sensor is very less in comparison of screen power consumption. so it will definitely save you battery power.
                                  5) Since Through flip cover you can also ON/OFF you screen . so Power On/OFF button life will also increased.

                                    Just bought this phone recently n everything works fine except that I can't use google play services because I found out that it was the Chinese version coz seems like it doesn't support it. I can't use my Google account to get back to my previous backups. Can someone please help me if u encountered the same problem?

Is battery affects the boot process? I had only 16% battery left. And another thing I changed my Gmail last week. I'm afraid it won't recover because maybe the recovery files were on my old Gmail.
