After I have updated to 4.4.2 Kitkat, my device lost of Google Keyboard, so I can't typing anymore, but I still can download it from third parties. And it make me feel annoyed. Anyone face same problem with me? My device type is Asus T00F which have 2GB RAM. Hope the dev fix this bug and updated in next firmware. ASAP.

I suggest to others, don't update if it's working fine with android version 4.3. There isn't much difference. And you may get issues like this.

Ok so there are a few ups and downs for this fone
Cons
Gets heated fast
Very poor sound quality for main speaker
The battery is literally horrible (can be fixed with an update)
Pros
Very good for its prize
5.5" ips display
8 MP with pixelmaster
expandable memory till 64gb
Overall it's a great phone for its prize but if u are a heavy mobile user and use the phone all day ,keep in mind the battery is very limited so you might have to carry a power bank for the issue

after the Kitkat update ,I see that some time the display doesn't becomes active

I update my zenfone in to the kitkata 4.4.2 and after couple days have small upate for battery drain,everything work great,battery when phone is in stand by is just great,but have some problem with proximity sensor,not every time turn off displey when i answer call,does anyone have similar problem wit proximity sensor?

Can anybody help me in this issue.whenever i am doing call if some mail or whats app message came at that time. My call had disconnect at same time.pls. help

No. I'm still facing that issue. I haven't tried factory reset. Not sure if that will help as I have properly update my phone. Hopefully the dev team will fix it.

Hi, am brought asus zenfone 5 before 1 week. I have data network problem.I can't get data and also battery will be gone quickly.
Asus network issues is too bad when compared with any other phones

Zenfone 2nd gen is going to be available in jan 2015 so if you can wait better go for 2nd gen as it has better design and more battery life and many more feature.
after 2nd gen launch this will look like old mobile piece

Guys,
I got this phone yesterday, looks good but can be trimmed from bottom of this phone.
when i starts start using over WIFI a notification comes to download an update (approx 20mb).
Downloaded and ask to restart- i seleceted OK.
after reboot displaying message : Android Crash
and its hanged there.
any solution guys ???

I bought a new asus zenfone 5 in 4 days ago unfortunately my mobile felt down only half_feet height the display glasses are broken it quality is too much bad.
