Next generation...., 16 Jul 2014I bought this tomorrow & after one day use I just surpr... morei am using zenfone 5 since 4 days but really a 10k phone perform like that i never believe it work smoother than my htc one x+ and my friend note 2 better go with zenfone 5 .better than moto g.

but one thing more important
phone display is much better than any 20k phone you can compare display with nexus 4 display super ips display really looks great.

Friends please let me know, in specification its mentioned that there is no Radio. Is it true such good featured phone doesn't have Radio.

Just bought this phone yesterday. Here are my initial impressions
1. Very hard to remove back cover, mine was damaged because i need to use some tools just to open the damn cover. You need a long fingernail.
2. Very smooth performance (mine is the 2ghz 2gb ram 32gb version)
3. Multi tasking is a breeze compared to my lenovo p780
4. Battery life is poor if you use this for web browsing. I transfered 2gb files from my other phone via superbeam and it consumes 15% of the battery!! Can't blame it its just a day old and still needs initial charging.
5. Screen is excellent and a pleasure to look at.
6. Design is really good
7. You can move apps to sd but not all. the .obb files can't be move to external sd card which is a bummer for those who bought 8 and 16 gb version.
i bought this phone for only $5700 here in taiwan and its nothing to complain about.

Zen UI is one of the smart looking & Most user Friendly UI
2GB Ram is helping
16 GB internal storage is Good
Display is awesome
Gorilla Glass 3 is strong point
Processor Atom is fast
Viewing Angles are very nice
Handling is nice CZ it's lite weight
Design is all right
Multi tasking is gem
Battery is ok for moderate user
Gaming is excellent
Camera rare & Front good
Browsing & e book reading is soothing
Call quality & Network is strong

My volume setting is very high...why this happenning.
Is there any special setting for increasing volume ?

how about the 3g speed on this fone. i got a new mobile and my speed is not crossing 350 kbps in aircel 3g. how to receive speeds of 1-3 mbps.. ?

to people who are not aware of xiaomi mi 3
i want to tell you that the only phone u can compare with xiaomi mi3 in specifications is the google nexus 5. some people here might be like "he is a fool" or "is this guy out of his mind" . but believe me
try comparing google nexus 5 and xiaomi mi3
be it snapdragon 800c or adreno 330 or the big list of sensors or the 2.3ghz or 441ppi ips display screen
believe me xiaomi mi3 is actually better in specification than google nexus. if u run a benchmark test it scores AMAZING.
almost every specification on nexus 5 is present on xiaomi mi 3 however in following features it beats google nexus:
nexus battery is around 2300mah whereas mi3 has 3200 mah
the thickness of nexus is 8.6mm
mi3 is just 8.1 mm
nexus 5 costs u around 30000 (not sure)
mi3 is mere rs 14000
and just look at mi3's pictures on gooogle
if u wud go nuts for the looks.
yes, i know xiaomi is yet to establish itself as a global brand, but comparing xiaomi n gionee is like comparing harley cruisers with Indian Bajaj Avenger cruiser bike. Xiaomi is no.1 Chinese Mobile Brand and Gionee is like Lava n Karbonn of China, if u know what i Mean.
Believe me Friend Mi3 is a hell of a mobile Phone. i wish i had 14k then i would have gone for Mi3 instaed of asus Zenfone 5, which is again a great mobile phone too. :)
