naveen, 08 Feb 2015am using zenfone6 wen I am using net within 5mns my mobile ... morefactory reset and test without any software installed you most likely have bad software installed. phones do get hot its just a reality but not harmfull unless your a snowman.
the Phone is great unless you screw it up.

Alas, 08 Feb 2015My Z6 android version is kitkat...i bought it last month n ... morethats bollox as soon as asus releases lollipop you can update.
the only possible way you cant do this straight update is if your Phone show screwed with the Phone.

Alas, 08 Feb 2015My Z6 android version is kitkat...i bought it last month n ... moreZenfone 6 has 2gb of RAM , 16gb internal storage and actually has FM radio built-in.Strengths are : Cheap for a hi end specs phone, runs warm even on heavy 3d games , sturdy built ( feels heavy and thick like a tank with strong and tight headphones Jack and USB connector= heavy duty ), fast, constantly updates system and apps from Asus, screen mirroring,DLNA,huge battery,and the best part is the superb sound quality using good headphones.
Weakness: Very slow charging...slow like a snail,screen not bright enough in daytime, lots of pre installed bloatwares,speaker not as loud as others.
Oh...I've dropped this heavy phone 5 times and nothing bad happened !. It's a brick.

Morover asus is providing continuous software updates to zen UI and also for the apps... l gives 5 stars for that....

-more ram (16gb model and up)
-more storage availeble.
-better camera
-better battery
And in my opinion way better software then samsung.
no clue about the price as the samsung is not avaleble here.

i am planning to buy asus zenfone 6.Please sugges... moreits fine for normal use. battery problems have bin fixed as of version 2.21.40.39.
8,5 hours screen time with 2 days standby on my first charge with this firmware. but i have had close to 10 hours screen on time when browsing a little less intensive.

pino, 06 Feb 2015there is no such this as update failure. theres just peple ... moreabout this phone? is it worth buying? because i'm choosing between samsung galaxy grand prime and asus zenfone 6. i tried to use zenfone 6 im not satisfied with the front camera however im surprised with the resolution. but im really reading bad opinions about zenfone 6 espicially with it's battery life along with phone hanging.

its ALL user error. if you touch stock apps it can no longer update normaly because it cannot find those apps to update.
its like uninstalling your windows and still expecting to be able to do a upgrade rather then a fresh install.
battery life is excelent if you manage your Phone normaly and dont bother with games as phones are nor made for games but just capable of playingthem at a huge trade off (battery life)
in theory minimal brightness is enough ad with that you should be able to last 3 days and 8 hours screen on time (my max) but this also depends on your wifi signal and 3g signal.
i only use whatsapp so set it to 2g as its less of a power hogger. wifi and 2g are Always on however.
al in its theoreticly impossible with normal usageto drain the battery in 1 day as even with higher brightness and lower quality 3g signal your stillgetting atleast 5,5 hours screen on in 1 day. and if you use your Phone 5.5 hours a day you have a problem.

AnonD-360482, 06 Feb 2015my Z6 were stolen last week. how can I trace my phone?i dont know what to say the phone was lost last week and you asking suggestion now......basically its a good bye to your phone but here is something you can do...since asus does not have protection/alerts like samsung/apple device does so you cant trace with phone number...You need to take note of your imei number at box etc and report to police..They will talk to telecomunication provider and search for your phone location using imei you have given...but heres a trick part,some police wont care this matter as this is just a small case.
