It is usual, that some markets starting months later (or never lol).
Gearbest/ China-shops offer Asian version (model B at ASUS), so limited 4G Bands support for EU and US!
Demand is much higher, than supply, so some retailers asking over list price.
I still do not know a better option in this price range ...
so You can suggest some phones with
- full-screen (without any disturbing things, like notch & co.)
- flagship SoC,
- 3,5mm audio out,
- color notification light,
- 3 card-slots and
- at least 5000mAh battery

This is only a WiFi-tablet and not a phone. You cannot make calls with this device at all. 4G and 3G reception are non existent. Indian retailers are not accepting returns and consumer complaints are piling up! Also, night time camera is bad with flash not working.

I was planned to buy one.......give up now.
Still cant get one in the North America market.
Gearbest is selling it on $549 for 64gb Model which is 50$ higher than MSRP, and not sure it is global model.
I was the best phone for me when it first released, but now I can find better option after 2 month

2 months since this phone was announced and stock is really low (no left at all store I checked: us, eu, asia), nicely done asuck. The phone is nice but it's better if user can buy it. When will it be released in SEA?

Unable to make calls. It's not the call quality but the phone hangs when trying to make a call. As a result, you can only accept but not make any. Also the camera Flash timer is off - it fires 2-3 seconds after the photo is taken which makes it unusable and often embarrassing in public.

Can t you check reviews... moreThere is in fact a problem, even if you choose to ignore it. Many people are reporting this issue.
Until now, from the feedback that I gathered, this problem seems to be affecting only the Indian variant of the phone which has VoLTE enabled for the calls. The european users that gave feedback are reporting good call quality but without VoLTE support.
Different things could be happening here:
1-the different variants could be using different speaker hardware integrated in the FlipCam, explaining the difference in audio quality;
2-VoLTE is capable of reproducing a wider range of sound frequencies which, in theory, greatly improves the call quality (such as VoiceHD codec over some 3G operators) but in practice could be causing the distortion if the speaker is unable to handle them, especially the lower tones which causes more vibrations;
3-software/implementation bugs. Maybe some incompatibility issues with some operators are happening;
4-All of the above :P
In conclusion, if the speaker hardware is the same for all phone variants, and the problem becomes apparent by using VoLTE, this issue can eventually spread to other countries when Asus adds VoLTE support for more carriers.
This is truly an amazing phone, but I prefer to wait a bit longer to see how this plays before spending my hard-earned money.

awsome features. its ips lcd but looks better than amoled in some angles. bottom speaker fireing louder than iphone. no complaints . low budget better than many flagships.better than oppo reno 10x. oneplus7. some ppl complaining but asus great. os stock android. untouchble. all the best for futre.

There are major issues with calling. Your voice is audible to the other person but the other person's voice is not audible to you. One can only hear noise. FLipkart- Indian retailer is not accepting returns. THis is unacceptable Asus India! I

Some noisy user (?) from India are complaining,
but the phone has good reviews and ratings on Flipkart through buyers.
