The problem is the more efficient they make it they more slimmer they decide to make the phone which limits space

6.4-inch display with a ... moreThe screen is not 92% of the body. Asus is only providing the diagonal ratio : the phone is 6"22 x 2"97 (i.e surface of 18.59 inch square) which makes a body diagonal of 6"92. And 6"92 * 92% = 6"4, the diagonal of the screen.
But if the screen respects the same ratio length / width as the body it is a 5"78 x 2"74 (15.86 inch square). Though 15.86 / 18.59 = 85.3%
As the phone as a chin it will actually have a slightly better screen to body ratio. For instance a 0"1 chin will end up with a 86.2% ratio.

I am a big fan of Asus and they can do very well, they are still behind on few things like none of their new phones are IP68, and I hope they fixed the Bluetooth issue they had in Zenfone 3.

If you want those extra features, you can pay about $800 or more for another brand.

It's missing an AMOLED screen, IR blaster, optical zoom, and it's kinda ugly from an industrial design standpoint, but wow! The Spec/value ratio is amazing. I hope we can buy it in the US soon.
