I personally despise wireless charging, since it's a total waste of energy. In my opinion the phone could by *slightly* smaller. I'm currently running an Xperia XZ1 compact, and this is the only (non apple) phone of this size that can match the 108h endurance rating of the Xperia :)

I don't mind the shorter screen, but when doing a size comparison it seems too narrow which makes it harder to type on the keyboard unless you have tiny tipped fingers. Not too keen on the side mount fingerprint sensor but I can live with it. Waiting for the price.

I am surprised that people are complaining about wireless charging & having the best chip currently. This phone is absolutely amazing & the size is just right. Let's appreciate the fact that Asus is trying to listen to the customers. For me eight Gen chip is the best, since even after 5 years this phone will still handle demanding task. Yes It doesn't have wireless charging or expandable storage, but which android phone currently is giving you a massive battery with such a compact screen, decent cameras, head phone jack & the best chip? Currently, I am using an I phone 13 pro but I love android more. My ideal phone would be Samsung s 22 but in my region it's exynos so asus is the only android phone I would rather have. I tried pixel 6 & honestly that was such a problematic phone. This phone will sell like a hot cake

No card slot is a big no no to me. But I have high hope that zenfone 9 flip will have one. And if it gonna use snapdragon 8 gen 2 then it's perfect

does anyone know if it supports 4k 60fps hdr10+ video recording like Xiaomi does? Until now all the video samples i saw don't look very good. During the day the colors are oversaturated and skin tones look kind of redish and during the night it looks like the scene is too dark and blurry.
Normally with such CPU and ISP this device should be able offer the best video capabilities like other brands do e.g. Realme GT2 Explorer Master.
The truth is that Xiaomi 11T Pro is also not the best video shooter when i am using it but with the HDR10+ enabled the quality gets a serious upgrade which can only be seen on compatible devices.
I assume there are other good phones like Pixel that don't offer the option for HDR10+ but at least they bring best quality HDR videos.
Btw i noticed that GSMArena never tests HDR10+ video recording although it is possible to upload on YouTube.

That's a great phone. I'm really hooked to it. It's only drawback is it's lack of msd slot and that's why I'm not considering getting it. But if you are one who doesn't care about it, I see no reason not to go to with it.
