zenfone sucks, this zenfone c doesnt have any lollipop update yet, it is nearly a year before they announce the android update, and then there is no improvement, zenfone 4 give a lollipop update but not this phone, it pisses me off

I got this zenfone C, this device is always over heat, especially when any application is running, such as WA or email. The temperature just like iron.

I bought Asus C451CG lat year in the month of December. It has almost only been two months that I'm using Asus Zenfone 4, and the battery drains uncontrollably. even if the phone shows 100% charge at 8am, the battery reduces to 45% charge by 10 am(same day). no wi-fi, no background applications running, mobile data off, single sim usage, screen brightness reduced, no apps on the homepage. any solution to the battery drain?
