Hi! Just want to ask if all of you Zenfone Go users are having problems or cant find the Quick Setting Menu / Quick Setting Customization option with this phone on Android 5.1?
I am not a fan of the Zen Motion (shake shake gesture) to take screenshots, I would rather do it using the Quick Setting drop down. However on my other ASUS phones the Quick Settings option is available.

I really need an answer for this..
First,this phone was great.But after a few months, I dont know what I did wrong but my youtube, playstore, google, email, etc cant connect..usually it end up saying "no internet connection".
But, my whatsapp and wechat are still working though..It used to work well before, but now..im sure there's nothing wrong with my sim card because when I put my sim card into different phone, it works nomarly..My internet is fine..but why is it not working on zenfone go? And also, one of my friend bought zenfone go too but at a different store than mine, and she is facing the same problem as mine..

If the Asus ZGO, keep rebooting, it will better to go to the phone house or something, and they re-install the genuine Android 5.1, but don't forget to put all your data on the sdcard, keep the scard with you. But, after the installation of the original Android 5.1, you better to ask to the guys to update the firmware, because, if you don't, and you are connected on the internet, the device automatically will auto-update, again. So be careful. You can also download the drive on the asus website.

Today (March 25, 2016) My phone automatically download the auto update system and when it's done it says that I should install it.That's the time that my zenfone go keeps on rebooting.I tried to hard reset it but it really can't stop it soo I do remove the battery to stop the rebooting.

megs, 19 Mar 2016same with autoupdate. the system. and i did not install it.... moreHi guys, i receive today my Asus ZGO from the warranty, because of the "amazing auto-update". Guess what, they re-install android 5.1, and all my data gone. The funny thing is: After 5 hours connected via wifi, the smartphone start to auto update (Again), and I was so upset (not again), and I disconnect the internet, and you can see the evolution bar, and tomorrow, I have to go to the shop again and the beautiful auto-update bar. I'm downloading in my computer the drive of the zenfone go, here the idea, download from the website, and try to install it, but only in the shop where I bought it. My advice is, disconnect the net until you don't fix the problem. Here's the link from the asus Website. Cheers guys!

I have this phone and i love is amazing battery life is incredible with internet h+ a day and a half and if i stay on wi-fi,talk and some music 2 days seriously internet on h+ works my points from 1to 10 on this are battery 10/diaplay 9.5/internet and conetions 10/ software optimize 10 the sistem consume on battery is 1% and ram consuming 240mb of ram points 10/ features 9.5 / ram 10 by 10 when i start up the phone affter a week or 2 free ram was 1.5gb and in time gets to 1.2-1.3gb of ram and never get under 1.2 so 10 by 10 / camera performance is a little disappointed 8.9 to 9 but in all for day to day is doing the job colors are good the shaprness is good and has good options ,video quality good i would say 9.4 poins there is no lag sound is good i dont like sa sound of lens when is focusing front facing camera is good for video calls good contrast lots of options earpiece speaker sound is ok 9.2 points because i think should be a little clear and warm but! The sound quality on speaker music is good i will 9.7 points clear loud/ i change phones many of them but this asus it makes my day superb i work on asus and never let me down THANK YOU ASUS! And if some how this zonfone go it will stop working i will take the same model worth every penny! Over all i say is a 9.5 points phone from my opinion!

Up volume key + power button at the sape time choose recovery if u see the logo press power then up key clear data and cache then turn it off download the new rom of asus go and put it on your sd card. Reapeat the recovery then choose install using sd card wait for it and its good as new my one thing problem i cant use screen shoot

I cant take screen shot on my new update zenfone go any body has the same froblem it keeps on saying cant take screen shot due to limited storage but i do have free memory space

Sam, 20 Mar 2016how long will the battery last? 2070mAh kinda small capacit... moreLast for a day (7am to 8pm 10 percent left), 5 hrs on screen with 1h5hrs Chrome (3G yes it cheap in my country), 1hrs Youtube (Wifi), 40mins on FB and Messenger (Wifi) the rest is phonecall, music, basic stuff.... I don't gaming on smartphone. Hope this infomation help you.
