Hi every one.. i just bought Asus Zenphone Go for 3 month. Now my phone have problem ear speaker can't hear anything sound. To pickup a call,i must used loud speaker.. im tried doing selftest smmi by using calculator with ".12345+=",its doesnt work.. any one can help me please..

i bought zis phone before 4 months ... i am so happy to have zis increadable phone ... camera quality so good , and other application working well.... i advice to have zis smart phone if everyone need to buy phone

Mine got noot loop because of the up date so what I do I download the Rom on the net and the put it in the sdcard and opem it on the recovery using hard reset now its working again just like new

I also have problem with the auto-update. The phone downloaded the system update itself and ask to tap for installation on 11-Mar-2016. I just ignore it but somehow when woke up the next day my phone keep on rebooting over and over again. Thus, send for repair and all my internal data all gone just because the stupid Asus auto-update.Feeling frustrated and need to save all my data in the memory card after this!

hi my zenfone go 5.0 running slow with sandisk class 10 32gb memory card. but run fast with 8 gb sandisk class 10 card.. is this issue with the handset or card problem..

Monday, the system downloaded an update, and I install it, after that, the system need to reboot, and then, it doesn't stop of rebooting, again and again. The shop store, they tell me that the problem is the update of the firmware. It can damaged the shipset, the only way is to erase all, and re-install android 5.1, and genuine firmware.

After 24hours, the Zenfone GO, was shutting down after and after, they try everything, and is still bloked, para the system operation android. 25 minutes ago, I go to the shop, and I've got the warranty (buying 12-12-2015), and I have just to wait, at least one month.
So, my advice is, IF THE SYSTEM TRY TO UPDATE, PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOADED ANY UPDATE, AND DO NOT INSTALL, UNTIL THE SITE ASUS, SAYS IT SECURE TO MAKE THE UPDATE. My Zenfone GO, is the 8Gb version with 32Gb Toshiba SDCard, perfectly new and working 110%. The only thing they told me is, they to formated the smartphone and re-install the android 5.1. If the chipset is not dammaged. Cheers guys...

Cool, 14 Mar 2016I just want to ask if my zenfone go is compatible with a ma... moreHi, I have right now the same issue, I had downloaded, wait, the sistem downloaded by itself a new updatem after that, "it" ask, the news after the update, and after that, the asus zenfone go, is keeping shuting down, again and again, and don's pass the logo "ASUS IN SEARCH OF INCREDIBLE". And is keeping that way, almost 1 hour. I try to charge the battery, but the asus ZGO, don't respond.
Please, help. Greetings from Portugal.
