Kida, 16 Jan 2016I also encountered that, it drains too fast, even im not us... moreSo far my zenfone go is running well..you guys no need to download app cache,or what ever that can speed your phone..your phone had it own abilities to clean the cache ..go to setting, find apps..then u can see the apps..click the apps and clear the cache..2nd, u can off your phone for a while..take off the batry..then tyrn it on..believe me..your phone will runing well and smooth..have a nice day

My saved contacts are always missing. There are times its there, more often its missing. So great! No time for any other way to have it put back. Just want it to stay in the contact section. Ugh!

I bought this phone (asus zenfone go z00vd) 2 days ago, I could not connect continuously with my wifi, it connect and disconnect then shows "authentication problem' how to solve it please helop me .

I just my ZenFone GO for few day.
Face many issue d.
1st, have to say YES this phone are value for money. But create a lot of small issue. Let me list out:
1) Touch sound suddenly disable not working well.
2) Top bar showing symbol GPS suddenly is gone blank. But when touching into other apps after, it appear back in there.
3) Mine is Malaysia version using a Telco network which is stronger signal network provider. But I surfing online it always slow or searching pages not found. Have to refresh 1 more time it only be better.
Anyone facing same issue above, did have solutions to solve? Please kindly sharing your method.

After a month of using this phone I can give you a short review
+Pros:
Pretty good performance. Game: Asphalt 8 medium setting no lag, framerate drop at all. Solid multitasking with 2GB ram you have about 1.4 GB free after you turn the device on and 800MB free after use for a while (background apps like Fb, Messenger, Chrome, some games etc... take up the space).
Good battery life. Discharge at 6h30 in the morning, I have 4h30 screen on time with 3G/Wifi on all the time, 30% gaming times (pocket rally, piano tiles 2, pokemon on gba to be exact), 40% Fb, Messenger, Instagram and 30% web browsing. Battery remains at 10% at 18h.
-Cons:
Silly phone app, you can copy nor paste anything in dial screen (@_@).
When you turn on meeting mode which make your phone only vabrates, 3 buttons (back/home/multitask) keep vabarate everytime they being touched (can't disable it unless you use third party app).
Some bloatware but you can disable ALMOST all of them.
Some more infos: you will have ~ 11GB free of 16GB internal storage and you can't move anything to your SD card. Mediocre cam (but still ok for this price).

Does anyone know when this phone will getting the otg support and does anyone having the same problem like me,recently my contacts deleted suddenly after rebooting and switch the phone off. How to fix this? Please reply if you do know the answer.

I've already tried to do the steps you've given since last year but it didn't fix the issue. Maybe it is a know issue with zenfone Go

Red, 22 Feb 2016All my contacts went missing. How to fix this?it is not the zenfone go issue, it is issue with your sim card, if you are using vodofone sim card this issue will be arised when restart the phone, try changing the sim card or go to sim card option and switch the sim card off and on again, your contact will be back.....
