This phone sucks
Speaker volume is too low
Brightness level is too low, cant see shit in the sun
No more security updates coming
stuck at android 9 even though this phone is from 2018, asus doesn't support it anymore
I bought it second hand for 100 euros but kinda regret it
The only decent feature is the battery life and decent performance and full hd

i have baught max pro m2 in dec- 2018
but i am facing battery problem. its drain fast and battery got damamge also.

I've been using this phone since it's release in the Philippines and i must say the phone is still kicking! The build quality is premium and the phone performance is as good as new. The only drawback is that there's still no Android 10 FOTA update and there's no stable update on manually updated devices. Will still buy a mid range phone on ASUS in the near future if they fix the updates issue.

Released on December 2018 bought mine in January 5 2019 and 2 years later i still love it, no major issues/damages it had some issue with battery draining too quickly but they patched it. I bought the phone solely for gaming as the time it was released the only phone more powerful was Pocophone F1 which was fantastic with specs but since it wasn't available on the city i bought the MPM2. I really don't mind about the Android 10 now im just happy i got this amazing phone.

I've been using Asus for quite some time. So I and my wife buy this and M2 buat we face a problem with the screen and both has issued with the lcd. Not sure if Will buy the other brand to replace or just the same brand. Its a good phone but somehow broke with almost the same issued so got a problem with trust issue

Only positive comment i read here. Glad you like the phone. I always wanted to get a Zenfone but ended up buying another brand. Would love to get a ROG phone but it's above my budget haha

And have you tried any custom roms to bypass the issue? What is the condition of your mobile with respect to recovery, rom? I have installed orange fox recovery and stock rom. But not aware how to install OTA with this recovery.
Any inputs to solve this f* problem would be highly appreciated.
Cant imagine how incompetent asus company is in developing a product.

Asus promised to give Android 10 update by January but no update till October, Asus previous software update and support were very buggy. There are many fishes in the sea.
