Own this phone.
Pros:
+ Hardware is good,
6gb of RAM and snapdragon 660 give excellent experience for gaming at this price.
+ 5000 mAh battery
+ Low price
Cons:
Software is dull, new FOTA update bring many error, many feature of snapdragon 660 cut to the ground. The gorilla glass 6 just a myth, It's easy to scratch (Temper glass is a must). Asus Community support don't give any help

- camera slow mo, night vision, shutter speed, etc
- audio equalizer,
- nfc
- low community support
- easy to scratch
Conclusion:
Excellent phone for gamer, not good for influencer because lack of many camera feature and multimedia tweak

Yes it's funny how the updates brings more problems instead of solution just like always, after few updates i can't lock my network mode to lte only which is why am getting choke and losses in ping, this problem is driving me crazy, now i want it just like first unboxed, can i do it ?

i just bought mine last week. after 2nd update i notice battery drain too fast after full charge phone battery not lasting a day even im not using it no apps running no wif and no data battery still's drain to fast. i read many comments same issue with mine after 2nd update. please fix the issue i love asus but with this problem im starting to dislike asus phone

Headphones sound quality lower class... moreInstall precise volume from play store, and then in Google music app go to setting and you will find equaliser (you won't find equaliser if you don't install precise volume) now keep it flat and go to boost section and increase bass booster to 1.5 and surround sound to 100, that's my setting overall. It helps, try it.

Problem Statement: I was dropped my Max Pro M2 mobile phone accidentally from my pant pocket which was 3 feet distance and Gorilla Glass has damaged severely but my mobile display and all other functionality works well & good.I have received feedback from one of the service centers that they are handling more Gorilla Glass Damages from Asus phone Max Pro M2 &this is BIG scam of cheating common man money with such HUGE 5-6k cost for simple Gorilla Glass Damage.I have asked Asus Mobile Phone department to add one disclaimer under Gorilla Glass section of Max Pro M2 that, if you need to protect your mobile from drop on any feet distance, please buy one strong tempered glass on top of Gorilla Glass.Recommendation:If you still go for this mobile, better buy strong Tempered Glass on top of this cheap-Gorilla Glass, so that at least your mobile could be safe (not sure though).

Sri, 08 Feb 2019If any one planning to buy this phone, better wait go for N... moreUnfortunately, MIUI for the Redmi series alone makes me avoid Note 7 like a plague. My experience with global MIUI ROM for their current and past flagship models is pretty good, but you gotta shell out extra money for that. With Mi 8's price, I'd rather go for One Plus 6. Not sure how's the MIUI on Poco F1 though.

very nice phone,everything went great
