I am very disappointed, the text messages cant be sent out for over few months. read some suggestion and have tried it, but cant work. In some comment says because of the upgrade of the system..so cant asus fixed it already? and I also notice the bluetooth cant connect to some devices like miband and now even my computer cant send files to my phnes bluetooth..this is my first time experience using asus and i would say i am disappointed

Hello team now asus zenfone max faceing very problem. And this is very big problem just like as zenfone max is 5000mAz bettry but our phone not give these performance it's reasult is very bad. Our phone give us only 8-10 hr bettry backup its bad news for us.
And now every other mobile company giveing Android Nougat 7.0 updte but asus not giveing us this update. Our zenfone max is capable this update but asus not give this update ...... Why asus we are waiting following chnges in our phone
Please ASUS these proble will be solve as soon as fast and please tell us which month you will solve this proble because we need these changes.

Signal is dropping from time to time, same goes for all other sim cards i inserted. Went to intogadgets to have it fixed as they are the authorized service center in my area and they replaced the main board but problem still persisted. Now my phone has a new imei for nothing. I am losing my faith on asus products.

do the JOB for a good price.
good point :
Battery : for my intense use, easy 2 days
easy access to sd card and sim
bad point :
- 2Gb RAM show it limits (lag)
- internal storage 32 Gb, quicly full with applications
good phone, 7/10 with extra RAM and memory, it would be perfect for me

Ive been use zenfone max for a year ive never experience problem with this unit ..full charging time is 4 hour ..the only thing is become slugish because im run out of rum coz ice got 2gb ram only ..now im waiting for zenfone 4 max to release in philippines to have 4gb ram and 1.4 processor..to avoid lag
