Been using Asus Zenfone Max 2 for 11 months and no issues so far aside from the 5 hours charging time. Battery is good. Camera is great and doesn't lag. Loving Asus. ❤❤❤

This so-called phone is not worth more than a basic keypad mobile because it is not reliable in performing basic functions like dialing and answering calls. After two months of usage, the software crashes every now & then and hangs consistently while trying to make or receive calls. Anyone calling to this phone always hear busy tones. Attempting call to a contact comes back with the dialing screen minutes after placing the call. Many more issues to report. I would not recommend this phone/asus brand even to my enemies.

Shali, 09 Jan 2018Very bad experience with asus mobiles..i had 2 mobiles wort... moreme too i put a tempered glass on my asus zenfone go 4.5 and the screen went black after restarting so i sent it back to the store and get a replacement one but now the replacement one is so laggy even when someones is calling the touch is not sensitive anymore fuck you asus asus sucks don't buy it

Very bad experience with asus mobiles..i had 2 mobiles worth 20000 ZenFone 2 and ZenFone max worth rs.10000..very bad low quality screen onboth mobiles.broke in just two month of use and if you want to replace the screen..the original asus screen isworth rs. 7000/- ..dont buy any asus mobile pathetic customer support..you will get no help from them..besides what is the funof buying a smartphone if screen stops working within a month..fooling customers..dont buy asus

I have been using thee phone for more than a year great battery life.
For thouse who try to update use asus fimrware .
1) Donload according to your model. this one is asus zem max https://www.asus.com/Phone/ZenFone-Max-ZC550KL/HelpDesk_BIOS/
2) put zip file on the phone or memory card
3) it will show automatically a notificatio new system upgrade available
4) install & reboot

i just want to share this, bad experience with zenfone
z4 sucks alot, heats a lot, gorilla glass is scam screen easily broke and many more cons
zenfone max is same gorilla glass? but phone screen is broken already.
i lost my trust with asus. cheap yes, but so many problem later on.

Your phone before connecting a 2tbh HDD through OTG you should know that this phone support 64GB memory only.
