My Zenfone Max dies even it has 20-30% battery. I loved this phone very much until this. Does anybody have the same experience? How to fix?

Few days ago after software update of Asus Zenfone Max ZC550KL, there is Tower Network problem in the phone. Now the phone shows very low/minimum towers and voice drops during calls. Now using this updated phone is very irritating and annoying. Friends complain too much about voice during calls. This is first time problem with Asus after software updates. The phone is excellent but now this voice problem is very irritating. Is there any solution for this problem….???? if any solution then reply fast...???

im using this phone about 1,5 years n theres no problems at all with my phone, the battery still have a long lasting live, im not gamer but i like to customize the ui n its always work fine n never hang,in this is june 2018 n my phone stil work as good as it should be, great phone, love it :D

Great phone while it lasted, battery goes two days without charging but the performance is slightly slow.
Lasted 1.5 years with frequent drops until the screen mysteriously broke, I suspect internal shorting.

I I was a very surprised that this phone has ant+ sensor! It is not noted in the description, but I installed ant+ software and checked. I connected all my ant+ sensors to Strava and very happy :-) I've been using this phone for 2 years and I'm very satisfied. Camera is not good in the dark, but in the normal daylight conditions camera is good enough to take a good picture.

Has been using this phone for 2 years. It is still alive and kicking although i accidentally drop it to the floor with its screen facing down.. almost everyday. I really love this phone, its like bullet proof. (Ofcourse, i have tempered glass and jelly case on)
I understand that it is not a perfect phone though. Here are my issues with it:
1. Cannot use it while charging - it lags a lot
2. Whenever we have a video chat, my face deforms a little on the video (especially in the corners), like its lens is built from fish eye.
3. Heavy phone
4. Camera in low light is so bad, like you have to wait until it detects and brighten up the object to capture.
Those are just my issues. But it didnt bother a lot since i am not a camera-geek.

After completing 2yrs with ZC550KL, fully satisfied with thw product. Weight is the only drawback of this model, rest all specs are good to this price and especially gorilla glass 4 is the best thing in this phone. I m very casual user droped this phone 5, 6 times fron 5 feet, and it just resists it compleately. Best value of money..

I hv been using ZC550KL for 1 year, I got some problems, those are 1. Video recording at night shameful, blackish picture, 2. Call receiver is not good, 3. Too bothering the symbols like forward and rewind in the screen of youtube videos,which don't move away itself.

After cmpleting 2ys of use phone is still in good.
Only problem is after updatetion to marshmallo there is problem in volte & network,frequently disconnect from network while dual sim is on at a time.this is the big issue.
There was not heating issue in new ,bt now it is there
Also very much lagging in processing.
Apart from this all are good

Hey asus is good phone
But problem comes when volte doesnt works out
For that u should watch youtube vudeo and download the firmware from OOFICIAL ASUS WEBSITE ONLY.
Bcz the asus R & D department is so slack that they dont provide u will necesaary update
ASUS R & D department is doing what?,if u people works like this,ur going to loose the market soon.
