Thinking about buying this. Just a few questions. Have the bugs been fixed? Camera any better or worse since the updates? Are the bugs because of Android updates or Asus software glitches? If the bugs are still there is Asus fixing them? Or should I wait before buying this first?

Suddenly my zenpad gone off and I could not switch it on, after sometime by pressing the power button for long time it respond and then it is on. I am confused don't know what to do....do I return the product !!!!

I bought this device about 2 days ago...
too many problems for this device.
many of my games did not support and got issue about the lagging/hang...
i'm hoping ASUS will manage this problems...
so sad..this device so much potential with 2GB ram...16GB ROM...7.0 INCH...and many more..
ASUS PLEASE HERE OUR PROBLEMS....

got this unit 2 days ago.. nice performance, no lagging and responsive.. i have downloaded my usual stuff (tumblr, clash of clans, wechat, whatsapp, waze, yahoo mail, facebook, bla bla bla) and run well..
bit disappointed with graphic display, have got used with samsung note 3 and iphone 5 myself, this unit's graphic display is far below those 2..
imagine any photo that i receive from other phone, will 'automatically' display in full screen page on this unit, and because this unit's screen size is bigger, the photo will looks off pixel and off color
other than that, i think the unit size, weight, looks and feel are perfect. not recommended if you have small size body.

Hello fan sir,last week I bought Z370CG .LOOKWISE ITS super but coming ton camera quality it is too bad.picture quality is too too bad.then if u use more than 20min temperature is very high.so what can I do pls reply

Subhamay, 10 Nov 2015Now It'll be very disappointing if the lags doesn't fixed.....I thought it will help to you, please update the firmware in setting/about/check update..until stop the check up to date (almost 3x check update to oct, 2015, that is the latest), it's means your firmware is updated..After I do this procedure no more lag and error in the application.

Bought this phablet last month and got very very disappointed with it. I can't even play plants vs. Zombies 2. It always goes back to the home screen. Almost all of the games I play crashes. Racing rivals, COC, etc. I can't even watch online streaming movies, because this device is not supported by adobe flash player. Can't even install flash player manually. Even if I use browsers with built-in flash player, it still doesn't work. I just found out from the internet that flash player does not work with an android lollipop 5.0.2 version with an Intel atom. I thought I could do a lot with the 2GB RAM of this tablet. It's worse than my 512 ram phone. Very disappointed with Asus because of this product. By the way, I have installed all the updates,hoping that bugs would get fixed. I check for updates everyday, still hoping for bug fixes, if the problems are really bugs.

i bought one week ago.but i have change more then 5 unit from the shop
big big problem for this phone
first few unit screen hv dead pixer problem
last 2 unit have same problem
when i charging playing coc auto shut down few hour only i can even turn on the device
after turn on i using GPS , GPS no function
change new set , same problem
Totally Disappointed with this model

Of course there are also cases in which some users experienced crashes with clash if clan game. In some cases it was the same user, under different nicknames, and remark with bad lunguage against gsmarena policy. Please ignore such responses since clash of clan is crashing buggy and crashing over android lollipop over all major phone models. There are also the users who experience lag at first weak of usage, this lag is expected on any new device which needs frequent updates, until its SW is latest. The lag is gone after all updates are installed properly. And there are a few happy responses about it.

It is very confusing bcoz only one User Named fan saying that zenpad 7.0 is a good device and everyone else says it's not. I have ordered one but now I am thinking what to do. Should I cancel the Order??

To enjoy the latest fixes from ASUS please go to settings, about, version, update. Run a version check when your zenpad connected to the internet over wifi. Then when prompted, accept the system update process. The update takes around 15 to 20 min. You will need to repeat this process around 4 or 5 times, until you get latest version stamp to October 2015.

hi mr.fan goodmorning i just bought my zenpad last saturday and then my problem is i actually installed an application so called the mx player and then when im playing one of the movies it totally restart and theres a yellow hidden line apears,

Please post your complains in SuperCell forums (the company who created this and other popular games). You will notice that many other users with android lollipop 5.0.2 has same problems with glitches, black screens and system freezes, also with devices with much higher specs than zenpaf c 7.0.
