I am a gamer too 2gb ram and up is best already for games like hd games, 3D or like clash of clans but if this tablet having trouble with games. I think this is not true 2gb ram 64bit etc. . . I have my sony mobile 1gb ram, 1.6ghz dual core but I can play 3D games Hd games. Obviously because It is 1.2ghz dual core only its a little bit slow. That's why im planning to buy this tablet. Anyway thanks for the opinion. At least now I know. I have Asus memo pad8 before but so many problems after 2mos. It works smoothly for thw first month I am using it but after 2mos., display, keyboard o sometimes it wont turning on. Very disappointed at Asus Quality product.

mauic, 12 Dec 2015I am having the same problem too. This tab can hardly conne... morePlease try to turn only wifi off and back on. It will fix your wifi connection in a snap. Uss the upper notification curtain for this purpose. There is wifi icon, press on it to turn off, and then again press it to turn wifi back on. Hopefully ASUS will fix it in next update.

I am having the same problem too. This tab can hardly connect to wifi. I don't have this kind of problem with my other tabs sony & ainol as well as other smart phones. Too bad impression for my first Asus product.

It is a cool, slim, lighteright, phablet, eith phone and connectivity, wifi, bluetooth, gps. Afew kind of device to carry around town, while staying connected with your friends and loved ones. Connect in your car, check messages and news. And pay less than fifth price comparing the high spec fluff models.

just got one... this tab is not for gamer.. i only bought this as i need tablet with phone function for my daily activities... so far so good. Screen is nice, response is nice... this is only a quad core tab and it was underclocked it is only running at 900Ghz max it is not 1.2Ghz as even Asus did not confirm that they max out the cpu speed. In any form, I like it as it does the task for me...

Bought this tab week ago. Everything was fine but after update, WI-fi can't connect directly. I need the WI-fi because my sons use this tab to watch YouTube and so on. I have to restart the device every time the screen in sleep mode or the Wi-fi won't connect. Please fix it !!!

Bought this device a few days ago and so far I am happy with it. Although I am wondering about the pre-installed apps like the MiniMovie, etc. When I go to Google Play and see those app's page, it says "not compatible to your device" (or something close to it). Any reason why it is not compatible and can't be updated?

I've bought this Zenpad 7.0 last 11/22 and I've tested everything and all apps and firmware is updated but WHY is that when I try to connect this tablet into our WIFI connection, it would take for about 2-3mins or until 5mins before it can connect. I need to turn off the device first inorder to connect it right away. Anyone here experiencing the same problem as I have? Any suggestions anyone? Thanks.

Where else you can get such a slim, cool, 7 inch device which is also your phone, for such a low price. I enjoy it every day of use. do not get too confuse. The reports about lags, are misunderstanding from impatient new users who use the device for only a few days, while android and asus are still updating software. After few weeks, there is no lag whatsoever. Excellent connectivity options, gps,audio and video. Exceelent standby power management. FOTA updates makes the device better on each upbrade.
