Beware!!!
I was confused between zenpad z380kl vs galaxy j max..though it has more features than j max but asus have very few service centre for 'ZENPAD' in whole India..they service centre for others like zenfone...so i prefered samsung j max..(& now i m happy with my decision)

Very very bad tablet... I downloaded marshmallow from the settings and after a few hours when my tablet was successfully updated most of my applications stopped responding... Lastly I would like to suggest all of you for not buying this phone , and protect yourselves from taking the risk..😣

To upgrade to 6.0.1 you need to go to asus support website and download the latest framware as zip then transform it to the internal storage the system will show an update notification click yes then you are done

But someone is right , this is still Android M 32bit, although the processor support 64 bit, I'm ok to factory reset if 64bit version is available
