i work as a cust care rep for warranty for att.. from the day this phone is released(probably just the 1st batch of this phone) theres already problems with the sliding part that top part might get lose(att sent us a product advisory regards to those phones), and freezes a lot as most customer complai most.. if its still under 30 days.. insist it to be replaced with new units from the place you purchase it or call.. att to have it replace by mail.

I like the design but it doesn't have that much features in it.I would say that over all its a pretty nice phone.

I think this is one of the best phones made by at&t so far!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So hopefully i am getting this phone for xmas. and i have been reading around looking for all the reviews i could find on this phone i have one question. what is this talk bout the phone having an "emergency" button when u turn on the phone? what happens if i press it by accident??

i had this phone for about 4 days and i hate the touchsrceen it takes a while to go to the selected menu that is if it goes and it is so slow. the camera should be atleast 2 mp. the phone i had 2 yrs ago had 3 mpx. outdated

eh, this phone is aight, keys seem to be to close together, but if gps is in the phone then it should be an ok phone.

I haven't bought this phone yet,,
but I'm getting one for sure.
its so much better then the sidekick because it doesn't twist and although thats 'cooler' its less likely to break off. it has a full keyboard so thats a definite yes for texters and the touch screen just adds up to it.

This is a messaging phone which is sorely needed for AT&T. Overall, it's a pretty good phone for what it was made for.

Probably one of there 2002 models they forgot to release, so they probably like lets let this go for the kids...should have at least put 2.0 mpx camera tho..def. a great phone for your 10 year old :-)
