i havnt try 2gb yet... but i got great hope it can... coz at that time their spec is maximum 1gb but i think they will keep updated us wif new firmware and make it as huge as it can be... i saw forum in which se p900 upgrade wif p910 firmware n successfully increase the storage limitation... of coz they oso need to change the screen resolution... hehe... btw... i oso like this phone as much as u do... u cant find another ppc phone which such size wif built in qwerty n full feature except 3G... Of coz GPS u can add on wif bluetooth or sdio... i plan to buy a sd mobile camera n use microsoft portrait to make video calls... hope microsoft portrait can hav a patch on benq p50 digital camera driver soon... fully utilise ur gadget man... cheers...

thanks my friend. atom just arrived in our country and a lot of peeps are complaining about it. its my 1st choice though. but i guess i'll stick with my p50. i love it ;) sware!
oh, one more question man. do you have any idea if this baby can support a 2gig sd card?
anyone tried using 2gigabytes with this monster? thanks a bunch

np man... btw im hoping to get a full package phone like SE P990i which has 3G n wat ever that P50 got... The onli things i prefer is still PPC OS instead of symbian OS... but i like the way SE make their phone battery life so long... i still own a SE T610 for over 2 years now but still can use for whole weeks w/o recharging... hope to get a full package phone like wat P50 does + 3G + GPS... i dun like dopod 900... so big... n pricey... make it the smallest like wat P50 does... cheers guy...

Ty man. i thought it has 2 cause i adjusted the film that i placed when i 1st opened it, i noticed that there are certain parts that has bubbles, so i concluded that there is a preinstalled 1 and btw, the films quality is abit weird. nway, ill just be looking for a good one. ty

onli one screen protector... 1 is enuf... just stick on it from the 1st day u open ur box... n no more scratches on ur phone screen... unless u use a penknife to scratch it... hehe...

The website is not working so I could not download the latest firmware. The phone I bought has the 1.11 firmware installed on it.
Anyother place I can download the latest firmware?

i think this 1 is just 2nd behind dopod 900(3G)... but wat for u need mobile 5.0 compare to mobile 2003... speak out the difference u need... wat firmware u r using for the phone u bought at ebay...? some older firmware cant upgrade...

I just bought a Benq P50 off Ebay, need to install the latest firmware so went to www.mysmartbenq.com. It does not work, any other place I can get it?!??!

not a perfect but a better WindowsED PDA phone.
built in all the needed hardware and software but the older Windows for mobile 2003 is not recommended.

U can get the AIM in http://www.e-messenger.net , using ur pocket pc phone internet browser. or purchase n download ur self at pocketgear.com or try to find for free download elsewhere.

It has ROM flash MSN Messenger. In additional, u can install any compatible microsoft messenger in it. U can oso login to e-messenger.net wif the internet explorer wif ur PPC phone.
