this is disaster. it usualy froze at no apparent reason. and switches off most of the time.

yh well there are quite a few probs with this phone. I like to have music on my fone (im a young child wat dya expect) but it wont except mp4 but will except mp3. This is annoying as most of the songs my mates have on there phone are all mp4s because they got them of itunes. If you no how to help me with tnhis problem then i will be very greatfull and i will try and help u with ur problems. Cheers

it is a good phone but it needs to be a beter company like nokia

i have one and so far i hate it but love it at the same time its got everything i want but it turns off and there are NO accessaries for it at all apart from extremely rare earphones and chargers and so on since benq-siemens has cancelled their contract benq-siemens doesnt exist so its basiclly impossible to get things and also u cant get different covers or anything phone themes are extremely rare and phone software is rare i downloaded one software just by luck b4 they shut down so u will have to search hard if you want to upgrade the software

I bought this phone about 3 months ago at a orange shop(UK,EDINBURGH) and it just seems to be very temperamental, switches itself off, freezes, vibration doesnt always work..has anyone had any luck from Benq-siemens in getting a upgrade or new phone as mines only 3 months old

I bought this phone last september....It lasted for 2 months and I had to send it in for service, I still haven´t got the phone back.

I would get the Nokia 5200, because this phone has a shocking battery life, my grandad has it and he has to charge it everynight.

no accessories in the box, phone has no mini usb, you have to buy a data cable separately or u can use bluetooth

Nice phone, SW has still some bugs, no 3.5 mm plg, special siemens connector. Looks great in black

This mobile phone is very low quality. I've had him for about 3 months and he started to turn off without no reason. Now, he cannot be turned on for more than 3 minutes because the picture literally melts down and the display turns off. Total disaster. Don't buy this phone!

Had a problem recently with txt messages going straight into my in-box without even allertin me to the txt, not even an envelope at top off screen
