this phone is rubbish, it freezes and i have had to take my old siemans back and had it swapped for a new one because it wouldnt turn on! the phone is the worst phone i have ever had!

have just got this mobile, better then i expected, camera is good, hell of a lot better than vga, design is nice, display is sharp and clean, overall a good mobile! the one thing i have noticed is that is not great on the ORANGE network in the uk for some reason? stick an O2 chip in and signal is significantly better! suprising as this was marketed as a mainly ORANGE mobile? but like i said, given that a good product.

i have taken this crap phone in for repairs 6 times, the have swaped it for a new phone, and this is hands down the worst phone i have ever had, do not buy this crap, its a waste of money, never ever buy siemens benq, the have the worst service in the world, and they cant care less about there customers!!!

- I do not think it will last for 2days listening to music 2hr per day. Probably it will using headphnoes.
- About the camera, again, it's an 1.3mpx it is neither outstanding nor amazing. It just does its work.
- the charging time is not known, I plug it out when the battery is full. If you can, charge it only when completely discharged (I know, it's lithium, so no memory... but it will last more doing this, believe me, it's about cells in lithium batteries and their charge-discherge cycles)
- Allan, is your cell visible? if not, make it visible in bluetooth options. Actually I use that bluetooth to without any problem. If it doesn't work, I do not know, sorry!

you should get this phone if your a very computer type person then you would know how to put song on easily the camera is just rubbish but the media player is simple to use and very very loud and a very nice design and the mem stick goes into the back by the battery and sim card its ultra small but its worth it!

i really want this mobile,but i listen to mp3 about 2 hours aday with 5 minute calles,
will it last for two days? iam concerned about the 570 mAh only.so can any user tell me please

ive only had one problem with this phone.The bluetooth, it lets me accept pictures but anything else i accept and it just cancells auto matically how do i fix this

Well, I have to say that this phone is really perfect. I do not know what's wrong with last two guys, but mine never had a bug. Firmware 12 - A101. Upgraded 7days ago to fw 38 (last available on benq site), upgrade is really easy and you can get a cable on ebay for 10€. With this new upgrade the phone is even better, battery now lasts 4 days(hey, what's wrong wiht you saying just one day?!?), software is quicker, minor bugs solved.This is a PERFECT phone, so happy to have bought it, I ***really*** reccomend it.

sometimes it stops respondin but if you are pacient it will start respondin again

mine has broken now, doesnt turn on, freezes, rubbish battery!!! so please dont make the same mistake i did, dont buy it. The speaker is suck, cant in the ogg file, have to activate everytime when turn it on,rintone will change together with the theme change, lack of resources from the internet, the cam no good. DONT BUY THIS PHONE!

Do not buy this phone.
It is overpriced
It is near impossible to get music on without a memory card
Battery lasts less than a day
Freezes
Turns off occasionaly
charge doesnt always work
recieving bluetooth only works with a motorola
and judging by other peoples responses it is genrally quite faulty!
