Its so annoying to know I can't make video calls and can't download much without memory card. I think something has to be done about this.

Am planning to buy a simple phone for chatting but those reviews doesn't seem to be gd for 9720 should I buy it ?

I have had it now for less than a month and what a shit phone. Keeps dying and restarting during use. What is the problem with them and how does one go about fixing it? I had the 9790 for two years till my friend dropped it and it never gave my problems so why this blackberry?

South Africa(Durban) Eish this phone is like all the other blackberry phones that my friends use, if makes every one angry after some time, think about it this phone plus the wall equal to stress free life, but Eish Data bundle ayi ayi no good for sorry I sleep on the internet with my BIS no prblm people,I was going to buy a blackberry Z3 hear that is uses data bundles, BBM pin 2B7E93B3

Had this phone around a year its fine no problems only concern is the weak lock on it only way to really keep it locked is the password option, as normal lock mode is stupid you can wake the phone up in your pocket and unlock it

Bought this device second hand. i just cannot understand the complaints. it operates brilliantly in all respects. I have used most high end phones on the market but this one stands out. i love it. BIS at R59 (South African Rands) is also very useful and shames the high cost of data on android, windows and IOS.

Nick you can't be more right. Also bought this phone early/mid part of this year. Usual BB functions and what-not, incredibly affordable. Fastforward 6months, I'm experiencing the exact same problem. Plug my cell to charge and it just restarts, disconnect it from the charger it does the same. Poor durability; suppose we're getting our money's worth.

I love the functions of all blackberries so don't get me wrong. This phone started out great, no hanging or lagging really, but now this phone continuously switches off by itself, even sometimes when i just put my phone down. it is very frustrating, for a while now also i can take one photo and if i try another, my phone switches off. have googled it and it seems to be a trend with this specific blackberry

I dont agree with the view of all people.
The handset is good.
My 9720 is doing well,
The battery last for days.
On browsing it last about 4 days.
While on normal phone calls it last for up to 7 days without changing.
On standby it last above 2 weeks.
Those that posted reviews have not handle the phone and should stop posting negative comments. Thanks
