I dont agree with the view of all people.
The handset is good.
My 9720 is doing well,
The battery last for days.
On browsing it last about 4 days.
While on normal phone calls it last for up to 7 days without changing.
On standby it last above 2 weeks.
Those that posted reviews have not handle the phone and should stop posting negative comments. Thanks

I would agree with all this people the 9720 is a shitty phone !!!! wont recommend anyone to buy this blackberry

Utter Shit don't buy I've had it for 9 months and the charging pin broken battery is shot charge it 4 15 hours

I got my phone for just over 6months,it give probs like it just swiches off and it didn't wana charge I took it back to the service provider they sent it to bb they give me a brand new 9720 back,so that tells me 1 thing this phone is a very prombelsom phone I still have issues with the fone I only have it for bout a week or 2 so bb is aware of this technical or a manufacture problem that's why they never even bother to ask any questions they know!its a flop!

I purchased this phone from ebay for £80 manufacture refurbishment over 6 months ago and have not had once problem since. Don't expect to fill it up with apps and games like an iphone because it is a different type of beast.
I install opera for browsing, maps application, whatsapp, bb messenger and a few card games and that is it. What more do i need on my phone?
My work doesn't have bes 10 yet so i have to use this but its perfect upgrade from 8520 which i used for years.
Definitely keep it charged up as when it gets nearly empty the touch screen starts acting up as need more power. I charge it every few days as don't make a lot of calls. Wifi hotspot great addition.

People talk unnecessarily. How would you buy a fairly used phone and expect it to work perfectly? Don't you think there would be an issue with the phone before the owner decided to dispose it? Buy the brand new and feel the magic!
