I bought this fone last yr October. It is very good in everything except for freezing and switching off. I hate it when it comes to freeze when i am about to take a call or even switch itself off and takes time to witch on. And i dont know how many times a day switching itself off and the battery is a night mare.

blackberry 9720 is troublesome battery heaTS UP CONSTANTLY then battery dies even though ive charged it over night, this is a new phone,all 3g an 4g has being turned off i am using power saving modes as well, this phone is nothing has given me nothing but a hassle from the time i bought it

good phone.
depends on what you use it for, as for me i use it for email, connecting to social networks, rarely for listening to music. good battery life, usually charge it once in two days. cant complain.

I started using this phone for the past one month. I used other phones including BB10 phones, Android and windows. But the experience with 9720 is the best and you can only understand once start using it. Best of business and also for entertainment. Superb phone from Blackberry.

Wow this phone is just a machine, very good looking en faster according to its ROM. Its a must have gadget trust me!

Seriously love the phone so much, but will advice subsequently, let there be an advance model of this same phone but with Skype enabled platform or it should have a secondary camera.
