G, 29 Dec 2013I really hate it wen it does that. D phone is nice , jst dat I experience hanging problem on it seriously, and also wen I have a ping on it the led light will start blinking and d screen light as well will be blinking.I want to know if other blackberry 9720 does dat or it is only frm my own? Wonderful phone. Smooth and excellent operation. i initially had hanging problems but i later discovered it was caused by a corrupt memory card. i changed the memory card and it stopped hanging. camera quality is a lil poor tho.

NAY NAY, 15 Jan 2014its the best 9720 should have an better procesor, he can't manage touch and pad very well, almoust all day block my device.

Hi there I find it verry odd buying a newer version bb and have it out preformed by its younger versions, one does not expect to count sheep while waiting for the camera to decide if it wants to work or not! And when u have to walk around the block waiting for the browser to open a page!!! Well its just nonsens that u have to battle with n name brand such as Blackberry..sorry guys I'm very unhappy with the 9720

Hahaha, calm down people... Blackberry says this is for those who cannot afford high-priced or high-end smartphones. This is for those who have trusted and appreciated the functionality of their past low-end blackberry smartphones; and who appreciated blackberry's way of designing smartphones. Blackberry has a heart enough to be kind to consider them.

It needs BIS on your data plan. O2 UK charge the same for this as they do any other type of data but you do need to ring them up to get it put on.
The device feels good in the hand and is a joy to type on. The processor is a little slow and so when installing apps you just have to let it finish before attempting to do anything else but for a device aimed at just text/talk/email I don't think you can beat it right now.
