Used this phone for a while, great keypad, responsive touch....it freezes most of the time so you might consider this...I got blackberry service and noticed that when I use bbm,facebook & twitter apps it hangs a lot. Opening back cover can be dangerous since it got clips and if u get it one clip damaged then it won't sit perfectly. Over all its good to use :)

in bb 9720 Dropbox app. is not available on Blackberry World it' big issue for this model.

Got it 5 days ago and it freezes every now and then but all in all its great i recommend the bb 9720

Amit, 05 Nov 2013Hav bought ystrdy 9790. Sharing exprnc. ITS amazing...not ... more9790 disgusting phone dies by lunch! I am on my 4th in 10 months! And just gave that back and don't want another! My 8520 was better! Alwats had to carry 8520 in bag to pop sim in at lunch when 9790 died when away from power point

Very impressed with the price and the functionality. Does feel a bit fragile as the back cover is not tight on the phone so a bit worried moisture might be able to get into the phone. Camera is excellent and the touch screen is handy. Nice and light. Will see how it goes as I use it as a work phone in the field a lot.

jj, 29 Nov 2013i just got the phone two days ago and I can't setup the BBM... moreull havee to reset ur phone then it gets activated or update ur version cuz it sometime says that bcuz the version is out of date

Only NEXUS 4/5 are good Andriod phone. Windows are good too but for only social users not gamers at all ( PRADOX XBOX MAKER). In case of BB 9720 is for business user/too much social users like Twitter and FB (Not instagram). Whereas Z10 is for gamers ( yes BB Phone for gamers) Iphone 4 is good till u update it.okay ...
