uhh... clueless as to why blackberry played such a stupid card, but this phone has no where near the features of the Z10. its still living on the old outdated os7.1 . this is just a mere upgrade from the 9320. i.e better screen resolution, touch screen and improved camera. waste of time worth upgrading to

I would upgrade from a 9320 to a 9720, the features of a 9720 are way better than those of a 9320. with a 9720, you get to experience some of the features of a Z10 and the 9720 is only R2500 in South Africa, very cheap;)....love iiiiiitttttt!

Here in SA the 9720 is already out on shelves and is very cheap on contracts and it runs BIS! So why look anywhere else.

awesome phone. with 7.1 refreshed operating system which gives an extra ordinary user interface with touch gestures like high end devices, camera on lock screen, fm with BBM integration,excellent battery backup, spacious qwerty keypad, black color looks very decent, surely this blackberry device will create hype again which blackberry had before. i will rate 5 stars for this device

Ol blackberry handsets have good build quality as compared 2 samsung handsets. Also de prices of blackberry handsets do not come down as compared to samsung .in terms of features samsung has many features but ol there handsets look cheap. I prefer only blackberry and iphones as dey have much better build quality compared 2 other android and windows handsets. Why should we waste money in buying handsets with poor build quality. East or west blackberry and iphones r de best

honestly the phone is gud though laggy when browsing but the price is just high with mediocre battery lyfe and specs and may be, the high prices for bb products is absence of competition with regards to touch and type smartphones so its a monopoly in dat area

Blackberry has to answer this question :
Their awesome service offering to consumers is anyways already priced and charged seperately through Mobile Operator billing.
Then how come they expect their customers to pay astronomical premium on handsets which in terms of specifications are merely a primitive offering compared Android handsets priced similar and whithout the fat continuous Mobile billing?!!
IS this a sound policy for growth?!! Especially now that Micro Soft has taken over NOKIA and would be too busy with their OUTLOOK pushmail or other far superior Exchange offerings.

A very solid phone, it feels well built and its very light. It runs very smooth and looks nice. The phone runs every app quickly and screen is of quality.

This Phones basically a 9320 with the Camera taken out from the 9360 no inspiration at all went into the making of this phone its an utter disgrace,the 5mp Camera is not even an Hd camera as with the one in the bold,and just for interest sake what is this Phone classed As,A Bold or Curve?
And for the price,you'll be better off buying yourself a 9320curve cause that is basically what this phone is aside from the camera.

Too much price. We are getting good Samsung Android smart phones lesser than this price. It doesn't contain much features like other smart phones.
