blackberry bold is one of the best phones in the world and if you search for nav4all on google you get free ota sat nav with voice guidance no other phone comes close to beating this beast its the best :)

Upgraded from an 8700 to the BOLD and i am totally satisfied with my phone...i loved the 8700 but what an upgrade!!!
the only thing that surprised me... you have to buy Documents To Go for editing purposes...
Viewing emails on the phone is excellent! shows up just as you would see it on your desktop! how great!
Also love the covenience of the Web browser Home page!

Your device also has a Blackberry messenger which uses your PIN. When sharing your pin with other blackberry owners type mypin in the SMS or Email and your pin will automatically pop up.

Fellas, I need your help..I have BB Bold 9000 my problem is my downloaded movie cannot play even if the file is supported (avi and divx)by the fone. No picture whatsoever just sounds, this happens when I tried saving it in the removable memory card.
However, when I save it in the internal memory which is only about less than 1 GB the movie is fantastic.
Is that normal? I mean it's better when I can save several movies on a bigger memory space... Please help. Thanks.

can i use google map on bb 9000? i hav already install google map in my bb 9000 but the problem is it shows communication error.. i can browse web using EDGE.. my GPS is enabled..everything is set but i cannot use google map.. is there anything i m missing?? pls hlp me.. i m from Bangladesh.. my email address-

Since i got my first cellphone, I had a lot of phones from differents brands, Sony Ericsson, Nokia, Motorola, with differents Technologies, CDMA Analog & Digital, GSM, GSM 3G, Etc.... But my last phone, the Bold, is one that satisfied me in almost everything.....
Im going to start talking about the system... I had almost 2 Weeks with my phone and I can't find a lot of aplications for the mobile instead those apps that you found in the Blackberry Mobile Page, that is one dissadvantage between the Bold and others smartphones like olders Blackberrys or the Iphone...
No matter this thing, the system is incredible fast, i don't gonna lie saying that the system doesn't freeze, but not so common like olders Blackberrys.....
Ok, the Phone is 3G, you got an excelent Navigation speed if your network is 3G, but you can't use the camera for video calls, something to fix in next models.....
The mail is not a big deal, but you can see in your cellphone almost every message, in HTML, and if you get an office document, the reader works well...
The Keyboard is not so different of the Blackberry Curve, but i feel more comfortable using the curve keyboard.....
If you are looking for a small phone, this is not your phone, because the Blackberry 8320 is smaller than the bold so make an image......
One of the main dissadvantage of the bold is the battery life... When i wake up, my phone is fully charged, but when i arrive to my home from the work, after a normal day receiving calls and mails, not so much chat, the battery is almost fully discharged..... And it doesn't matter that the phone is everytime with a screen brightness control suposed to extend the battery life.......
The youtube videos if your network speed is not good, just works with Wi Fi connection....
My phone brings the Speed Racer trailer and some ads from BMW and the video playback quality is awesome, if the video on the phone is high quality, you will see this quality on the screen....
Is one of the best Blackberrys on the market so if you are thinking about buy this phone, i highly recommend it!!!!

2. Open blue tooth options.
3. Press menu button.
4. Select set-up.
5. There you can see one option called - "Discoverable". Click here and change to "Yes"
Thats all you are done.
Tip - When you want to receive any files, Please open media folder. Then Press Menu Button and select Receive through Bluetooth.

I want to ask you a question nobody answered o... morehye..compare bold and curve better you all get the bold one.coz curve only using edge..its very slow speed compare to bold its faster..if u buy curve jz only of camera better u get digital cam or cybershot..come on blackberry is expensive..so use ur money wisely..dont buy if tats is not worth it

for some reason when you turn on the bluetooth, you can send information to anyother phone except a blackberry.
also if you want to connect anyother phone to your blacberry via bluetooth the connection fails even tho you have found the device and its registered on the BB ??can anyone answer this query please thanks.

Load the BB s... morethanks bboy....it took just 5 mins..i thought it was long process..thanks a lot..one more thing is there any kind of software by which we can have security lock code for each programes ..like i just wanna block my messages thats it and not the whole cell..so if some one uses my cell he cannot scna my messanges ..

this phone is terrible its way to bulky and thick, just got rid of mine way to many software problem constantly had to restart the phone go with any other blackbery but this one
