can't understand why those goats at RIM cannot provide FM radio for all their blackberrys.
o2 GIVES FM RADIO & IMATE , HTC TOO HAVE FM RADIO.

For everybody and to end an argument between Iphone 3G and Blackberry Bold.
i have to lines and i use both phones. i run my own bussines and this is the way i describe it.
for push emails, dont go iphone. you cant store, search emails by sender, find content or topics, organize the emails, read old emails and so ... you are limited to max 200 emails and for a person like me that i receive more than 400 emails a day you will see is not worth it.
For editing files also not possible on the iphone 3g, just try "copy" and "paste" it doesnt exist.
for typing its anoying.
iphone battery life using the 3g its very bad. On the BB Bold not that bad. consider that both phones are 3G and that its a battery killer. a good thing on the iphone is that you can shut down the 3g when you dont need it and will save you battery life.
comparing the screens, nothing can beat the iphone no doubt its the best screen on the mobile market. and the way you navigate on the phone including picture, web, document viewing, music, its a fascinating experience.
one very bad but a very bad thing is that the iphone IT IS NOT a multitasking phone. you have to close any aplication except the ipod function in order to run another one, and that is completely anoying. also it keeps loading the emails when you open the it doesnt matter how many times you do it.
a balckberry bold will let you switch between aplications with no issues going back and forward.
Roming with a Blackberry even choosing the operator i want its very easy and pick up signal very fast. with the iphone it is not as easy and if the country you go it has not adecuate their system to work good with the iphone it will be the worse phone on the network. all this base on the fact that i traveled and used both phones to the following places in the last 2 month . "Ukraine, Panama, Costa Rica, Colombia, Mexico, UK, Spain. "all tested with both phones" i travel a lot for bussines and there you will see a difference wwhen a blackberry has service the iphone sometime it doesnt.
to resume cause i can be writing 10 more pages about this. who wants a phone just for fun, to enjoy music, receive some emails not too many and only play with the phone then get an iphone. for the rest of the people and i mean serius bussines get a black berry or a windows mobile device.
particulary me i use the Blackberry for my everyday bussines. and i use the iphone for my personal calls on the weekend and for the music. i hope this help

what problems are you guys facing with the push mail ? such utter rubbish when it comes to complaniing about the email services from RIM, are you guys sure you guys are on a blackberry service ? what kind of problem do you face with it? or is it yourself ignorant on how to use the blackberry services? do you need explanation on the BIS or the BES ? let me know .. and i would gladly email you a response to it buyer976@yahoo.com, cause the way I see it, you guys dont even know what is a push mail service. and rebecca the pushservice for the iphone is to a certain extent only, it will not sync with microsoft exchange as we need to tie up with our company server or even our VPN.

hi, i'm using pearl frm last 18 mnths,its prfct and fast,dude i'm in media and have to visit sites like Youtube togathr infrmtion and clips,my h/set is not abl 2 play video frm youtube,so i've 2 carry n95 8gb,which also hv bb support but i only use pearl for mails, Is ths or any BB is capabl of playing youtube on it

But one thing that's really bad about Blackberry is their push email service. Other things are okay but the email is just so awful I won't buy Blackberry phone just because of it.

nobody can compare the iphone and the bold i use both because they both have there advantages. note the way I said advantages and not disadvantages. there is not 1 phone on the market that has everything. beacuse if there was then there would be no room for other models to be released

Why can't the push email feature on Blackberry be as good as other PDAs? It's so bad and slow I can't buy this phone just because of that. Will they ever improve it? If this email feature is a little better, many people may want to have this phone, but now it's just horrible.

When's Blackberry going to improve their email service? It's always horrible. All other things are okay with this model but I need to make sure if the email service has been improved.

I need to apologise to GSM Arena for asking why they did not give screen dimensions for this phone.
I went to Blackberry's site.

Guess what?...they gave all the sophisticated specs but forgot to give the simplest of all: the screen dimensions!!
So, I took GSM Arena's measurement of the width of the phone, measured this page's photograph, then scaled up. The value I attained for the screen diagonal is 2.6 inches. Those of you who have the phone; am I right??

Got my BOLD 3 days back. And let me tell you guys, its a masterpiece.
*the looks are masculine and good.
*the display is wonderful, images are crisp and real to life.
*keypad is very handy and easy to use.
*trackball makes navigation easier.
*processor is fast.
*videos run smoothly.
come on guys, this is a amazing phone. go and get it now.

ok... if u r not convinced that bb is not better than iphone then u go aheard to buy ur iphone instead posting just meaningless question over here.
i just wanna say that iphone and bb bold is 2 different platform where can put side by side to compare.. wan compare then compare with touch diamond or touch pro.
My Bold experience- i will never go back to other phone again other than my BB bold. it is so fast, web browsing superb, email is second to none, too bad the battery life abit poor only
