Built quality has been mentioned a couple of times, are you sure they gave you a new BB and not one somebody else already returned? So are you going back a fourth time with the BB? I had a black one and now a white one but I have no problems with the built quality (also Netherlands). I gave the black one to my son, so no problems with that one either.

I bout mine last Monday. I already went 2 times to the store for a replacement here in Netherlands.
So this is my third blackberry this week. It is always something with cover.
First phone, stand-by/mute buttons was making annoying noise every time I press it.
Because the cover was somehow crooked and it did not fit good.
Second phone, metalic painted frame somewhere around volume buttons was crooked too.
Every time I take the phone in to my hands it made that annoying plasticly noise. Specially when you use the volume rockers. So I went again for the third phone.
The third phone, on the right side, around right lower corner of the screen when you go over it with your thumb you can feel the sharp edge of the screen. This is because the cover does not fit well. Also you can feel the edge on the bottom of the phone where the silver painted frame does not cover well the middle body part of the phone. Also the alt key on the right side bumps out of the frame. It is not smoothly integrated in to the body like the rest of the keys.
This phone costs here around 500 euros but it feels like a phone that costs 50 euros.
I am rely surprised that blackberry's are so poorly built.

I faced this strange problem on my 4 month old 9700.
Suddenly i wasn't able to play songs or video. Later I got to know that I cant hear anything on receiving call and not even the ring of incoming call. I tried restarting but did'nt work. Later I removed battery and then restarted. It finally worked.
Can someone let me know the cause ? Should I visit the BB Service Centre?

My BB 9700 is currently connected to the wifi in my office, but i have problems browsing the internet. There are two other users of BB phones in the same office, who not only easily browse the net but also use BBM as well. I have checked all my wifi connection settings... Any idea on what i should do next?

Estheristic, 24 Aug 2010Hi, i had problem downloading themes straight from websites... morejust go into the option settings and there you will find themes. upon downloading themes the automactically go there,all you have to do is go into themes and select the theme you want. hope this helps

My parents don't allow me to have one because I'm too young. My friends have it and I want BB bold 2. It will be very easy for me to communicate. What do you think I should do? I can't find any good samsung touch screen phones, but this phone is ALL I've dreamt of.
